On a tour through our vineyards with a picturesque view of Montalcino, you can ask all the questions you've ever had about viticulture. Our team will guide you along our Brunello Cru path through the vines, showing you our different terroirs and introducing you to our philosophy and biodynamic approach. The path leads us to the cross-vaulted cellar, where the wines can mature in a balanced way. You will learn about the different steps of winemaking and why wine ages in wood, concrete barrels, or amphora. After the detailed tour, a nicely arranged table awaits you in the tasting room. Now you can taste everything you have learned before. During a guided tasting, our team will serve you 6 wines in 3 flights - each of the wines paired with a specially created Gourmet Bite. Through these, we would like to bring you closer to the synergy between human, nature, and delight and show you how harmony with nature can influence tastes. For this wine experience, you can choose between 2 tasting options.

The tour through the vineyard and winery was informative, and the selection of wines offered at the tasting was a good introduction to the renowned wines of Montalcino. We appreciated the antipasti that accompanied each of the wines, and in some cases were surprised at how much of a difference they made to the tasting experience.

Arrival on a path lined with cypress trees, tour of the vineyards located in the unrivalled surroundings of Tuscany and accompanied by an excellent guide who conveys the love for his craft of taster. The tour ends with a tasting of 6 Brunello accompanied by Tuscan snacks. A highly recommended experience!!

Our visit was absolutely wonderful. We picked the tour and tasting including foods paired with our wines. Our guide Andrea, was so knowledgeable and comfortable with our group. He made learning about the grape growing process very special including all the information about the different cru regions at the winery. The cellars were stunning and the wine tasting topped off the tour splendidly!

Excellent guided tour in English, even on winter time. Impressive property and very nice organic and biodinamic process. The wines in the gourmet tasting were excellent and the bites accompanying the wine were very good too!

We had a reservation for July 18th. A little lost in travel dates, we arrived at the vineyard on the 17th!!! Don’t worry, the team tells us that we’ll be able to join the group on the 17th and that the cooker will do the bites during the visit of the vineyard and cellars (included in our visit/tasting experience). Excellent Service and Staff! Very interesting guided tour with a knowledgeable and passionate guide. Tasting of 6 brunello, with a rosé for beginners that is offered by the house. Then, very interesting cork-wine pairings. We are offered to try wines again if we want to form a final opinion on which wine we preferred. We met the owner, Mr. Loacker, who was very friendly. From start to finish, we loved our visit to Corte Pavone. Sublime landscapes and entrance lined with cypress trees... beautiful!
