1st area: snorkel on a coral reef, full of fish and marine life with an 8-12 feet depth, warm water, and few or non sea currents.
2nd area: admire statues from 2 musa underwater art galleries: “blessings” and “vestiges.” .
3rd area: time to find some turtles, 96-98% chances to see from 1-5 turtles! We might also see and swim with rays.
4th area:explore a shipwreck full of coral and many multicolored fish. The crystal clear water and white sand in this place will make you feel like you are swimming in a natural turquoise pool!
5th Area: : Last but not least, a cenote! Dive in an underwater cenote and explore this fantastic natural formation.

Choose between three departure times when you book, then meet your guide in the lobby of your Cancun hotel to begin this half-day of adventure. Board a comfortable, air-conditioned van and drive to the marina for your check-in and briefing. Get outfitted with a complete set of snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, life vest, fins and optional weights), and learn how to wear it properly with help from the staff. Beginners can participate in an optional snorkeling lesson in the shallow waters close to shore before boarding the boat and setting out to sea. Group size is limited to 10 for a personal experience. After just five minutes on the boat, arrive at the first location: a well-conserved coral reef full of fish and marine life. With calm, warm water that's only 8-12 feet (2.5-3.5 meters) deep, this snorkeling spot is great for all levels.

3.00i booked this tour cuz I did it 3 years ago with the exact same company. But it wasn’t as nice as before. I feel very rushed this time. We did see a lot of fish. But I felt very rushed at very stop. I am not good at swimming and I swim very slow. Also the waives were really bad on the day so it was very hard for me to catch up. But I didn’t feel that the tour guide daisy waited. When we did it three years ago, the guided always waited me and one of the other girls. They offered water 3 years ago but they didn’t really this time untill we asked. They gave us time to apply sunscreen and follow our pace a lot last time. I was so happy with it so I booked again. The experience this time is much worse. I feel like they are just trying to rush for the next group. it is still alright but won’t book again or recommend to anyone else .
It is a multi-experience tour.

5.00One of the best snorkeling trips I have been on! The guides know what they are doing! We saw tons of fish, a sting ray, eels, and a turtle! It’s a great tour if you don’t want to spend all day gone from your resort as well. We booked the 9 am tour and were back at the resort at noon. You can’t beat the experience for the price. The smaller boat ensures a smaller group and that was also very nice.

5.00We traveled to several snorkel spots. The crew made us feel safe. Our kids are 13 and 11, both had the time of their life. We saw many schools of fish and a beautiful sea turtle. It was a very special experience. Highly recommend.

Multiple snorkel sites in one morning!

5.00Our group of four went with Total Snorkel 2 days ago for a morning snorkel visit to multiple sites. They communicated well before the trip as there were concerns about the weather but it turned out to be a beautiful day. The boat is small, only ten people max for this trip as well as captain Juan, guide Daisy and photographer Monse. We were picked up at our hotel right on time. It was a little chaotic at the port as there were two or three different groups going out around the same time and people were being issued snorkel equipment and life vests. We had brought our own equipment so escaped needing to get in the water to test equipment before getting on the boat. The first snorkel stop was a sea cave underwater which was interesting to see but was not the cenote we were expecting. We saw a big stingray which was great. The second stop was underwater sculptures (what is called the Musa) and beautiful fish. The next stop was to see turtles which we did get to follow for a bit which everyone loved. The last stop was the shipwreck which had SO many fish. You definitely need to pay attention to where Daisy is, as it’s easy to get mixed in with other groups. The various captains and guides are very helpful if you do get separated and will direct you back to your boat and group. Each group has some type of distinguishing feature (we had pink wrist bands, another company had life jackets that were all the same but different from other companies, etc). Daisy was a great guide, and Monse was terrific too- diving down to show us things and taking lots of pictures. Captain Juan was very helpful as well. This isn’t a great trip for very small children unless they are good swimmers. Daisy was terrific with the one small boy (maybe 5 years old) in our group when she saw he was struggling at the first snorkel stop, pulling him around on a flotation ring for the remaining stops. If you are at all prone to seasickness you should either take something ahead of time, or this may not be the trip for you. One of our group managed the first snorkel stop then unfortunately got seasick and remained that way for the rest of the trip. You see a lot in a very short time. We were on the water probably about 2 hours. You just need to know what to expect and it’ll be a great trip!

3.00Apart from the fact that you are asked for tips at each stop, water tours are very short and disappointing. The general organization is grounded, in charter mode.
