If you come to visit us from 30 October to 2 November, you can enjoy the Festival of Traditions of Life and Death. This is part of the admission fee. You can also pay extra to attend the gala concert.
Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included.
The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change.
Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
If you do not know the name of the hotel at the time of purchase, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate the pickup with us.
To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit date.

2.00My husband and I visited the Xcaret Park 12 years ago and were excited to recreate the fantastic experience we had with our child and close friends. I wish we had looked more closely at the price changes because we would not have planned on returning. The animal experiences are wonderful and worth the price. BUT you’re not allowed to take your phone with you and they charged us $278 USD for TEN pictures. And the photographers just shrug, smile and offer you ONE PICTURE for $50 when you ask about the price. They know you want memories of your family’s experience and don’t mind asking for outrageous amounts of money. Our photographer even suggested we be happy because we were only a family of three and larger families are charged more. Two of the restaurants charge $45 per person for one meal (even kids) and the others close at 5pm. And even though they say snorkeling is included in the basic ticket, you have to rent the snorkel gear at an hourly rate. We love to travel and understand that it costs money, but this felt like such a ripoff. I have always recommended this park to anyone I know going to Cancun, unfortunately I will not be suggesting it anymore. I wonder how long they’ll continue to be popular when it costs a family of four more than a thousand dollars for one day…there are many other, better experiences for families in Cancun for a fraction of the price!

4.00This was a great day out but difficult to find your way around and plan the day. There was plenty to do, although some of the more interesting activities cost extra money. Mainly people go to swim in the cenotes. The highlight of the day was the show in the evening which was spectacular. Unfortunately it was chaos finding the right bus afterwards, but we got there in the end. I think it would be better second time around with a bit more planning and knowing what to expect.

1.00The park is very overrated and overpriced for what you get. A smaller park would cost half as much and give you a better experience. The food quality was very poor for the price. They try hard to sell you on their nearly 100 USD photo package, and dinner is 100 USD per adult and 70 USD per child, which felt unreasonable. This is after paying almost 100 USD per person just to enter the park, plus another 7 USD for water unless you bring your own. They have water dispensers around the park, but the water didn’t taste good. The evening show was good, but by then the kids were exhausted, and with all the added costs I felt like I went bankrupt. Think carefully about how you plan your day and your budget.

5.00I highly recommend this day trip to Xcaret park and please stay for the night show as it’s a beautiful way to finish the day with a magical experience. Guide tour and the driver were informative and made sure we were safe on our way into the park as well as taking us back to our hotel late at night.
Excellent soon we will return

5.00Lucio was amazing on attending my sister and I. He was very supportive of a food allergy and was very kind with recommendations for food choices. He also came with small samples for us try like homemade salsa and beans

5.00All excellent, great park. A couple of tips, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, to make the most of the park you need to walk a lot, but totally worth the effort. Use the Xcaret app to learn about the schedule of events and pre-plan routes to improve the experience or prioritize activities of interest to you.
