If you come to visit us from 30 October to 2 November, you can enjoy the Festival of Traditions of Life and Death. This is part of the admission fee. You can also pay extra to attend the gala concert.
Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included.
The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change.
Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
If you do not know the name of the hotel at the time of purchase, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate the pickup with us.
To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit date.

5.00Wonderful day. There was so much to see that you could spend 2 days touring. Highlights was cultural show at end of evening. I would consider upgrading to dinner at show as the seats were so much better as nd easier to get in and out of. 10 of 10 rating

5.00Beautiful place, very warm, go very very comfortable. Complicated the map that guides. Also take care of the elderly. You have to walk a lot. Half the family didn't make it to the evening show. They should sell it split in two days. It is expensive and complicated to visit in one.

5.00We had an amazing time. Definitely something we wish to do again in the future. All the attraction are excellent. But it's definitely expensive if you want to do the extra attractions.

5.001) The tour was organized very well. We were picked up at the hotel lobby well on time, not like the other tour. 2) Xcaret was a great and fun place to visit. with lots of activities. We had a lot fun there. The show at night was fantastic. We were arranged with very nice seats.

5.00Absolutely fantastic day out and experience. Far better than we had expected with time to see so many things at your own pace. It was suggested by our guide to swim in the river as the first port of call as it gets very busy. He was totally right. We didn't take advantage of leaving our shoes etc in a bag which we regret as at the end of the swim, the bags have been taken from the initial changing area to meet you. It's quite a walk back to the start. Everything was so well organised from the minute we were picked up from our hotel in their brightly coloured coaches. I'd highly recommend going, it may seem costly, but for a full day including a fantastic vibrant and colourful evening show, it's totally worth it
