5.00First time ever white water rafting and definitely would go again. Also, definitely would love to have the same raft guide again, Rayne. Definitely picked the best day to go, the weather was cool temps. Got to try new new techniques on the raft. The atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely wasn't crowded. Length of visit was appropriate. Upgraded to the fee to the highest tier one. This was best for those who can follow instructions and those with arm and body strength.

5.00We were scheduled for the Upper Pigeon trip, but during the orientation they gave us the opportunity to switch to a smaller boat for the XTREME trip—it wasn’t a hard sell, just an opportunity, and they explained the difference. We switched, and my family loved the experience. Our guide was Mike and he was great. He was funny, and really knowledgeable about the area. He gave us the exact adventure we were looking for. The whole staff is fantastic. You can tell they have a lot of fun together.

5.00I booked this trip online for my family. We had a blast. The entire staff from check-in to landing were friendly, helpful, and hilarious. This was our first ride and we will definitely be back. Our guide was Brett- 10/10. Would request him for any rides. However, all the staff seemed great and knowledgeable!

5.00River Rat is top notch! All the way from operations, retail presentation and selection, to customer service. Everything was amazing and we recommend this to anyone looking to have a blast! Lacy was our guide and she was the best. Larry was so friendly and helpful when we were shopping. LJ made the ride to the Dam entertaining.

We had the time of our lives, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Brett. From the moment we hit the water, Brett’s energy, expertise, and sense of humor set the tone for an epic day. He made us feel safe while keeping the vibe adventurous and fun. Whether we were crashing through rapids, paddling hard, or just floating and taking in the scenery, Brett kept us engaged, entertained, and smiling the entire way. He clearly knows the river like the back of his hand, giving us just the right balance of excitement and confidence. Every rapid felt like a new challenge, and every calm stretch was a chance to laugh, joke, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. He even threw in some fun facts and river stories that made the trip feel unique and personal. If you’re even thinking about whitewater rafting – do it.
