You might like to go behind the scenes at Victoria’s premier Wildlife Park, Healesville Sanctuary. Choose the option to have a ranger personally take you to meet, feed and pet our favourite cuddly creatures, or enjoy the park at your own pace. Head behind a few cellar doors to chat with wine-makers and sample some of the region’s best local wines including plenty of wonderful pinots and chardonnays. The region is renowned for farm-to-plate experiences at restaurants and cellar doors. Enjoy a casual lunch or something more elegant among rolling hills and sprawling vineyards. Finish the day with a visit to a state-of-the-art gin distillery, producing some of the world’s best gins using quintessentially Australian botanicals. 5.00We had an incredible day touring the Yarra Valley with Localing Tours. Our guide, Matthias, was exceptionally accommodating and made everyone—from the kids to the adults- feel welcomed . We visited a great mix of spots, including Medhurst, Chandon, Tarra Warra and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, which was a huge hit with the children. Matthias kept us entertained with stories and local facts while the adults enjoyed the tastings. A perfectly organized, stress-free day. Highly recommend for any family visiting Melbourne!

5.00Both the Yara Valley Tour and the Phillip Island Tour were fantastic. These are great ways to see wildlife and areas outside of Melbourne. Our guide for both tours was Matthew. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and a perfect guide. Note: It should be made clear prior to signing up for the Phillip Island Tour that no photography of the penguins is allowed at all.

5.00Our guide Nico has a great love and knowledge of Melbourne. In addition to the sites we expected to visit, he also recommended great restaurants, showed us wonderful street art and was generally very friendly and accommodating. If you are lucky enough to have him as your tour guide, you will have a great experience.

5.00Highly recommend! We did two day tours: one for a wildlife park and then penguin parade, another for Yarra valley wine tasting. They were both with Thomas, and they were amazing!! Thomas was accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual for all our tours. He had great recommendations for food, things to see/do in downtime, etc. He communicated well about what we should bring, like he was able to add a beach stop so he told us to bring bathing suits but also told us to bring clothes for colder weather during the penguin parade. I'm glad he did because the day went for so hot to chilly. He had brought us wine for a beautiful beach sunset drink that day as well, snacks, plenty of cold water, a blanket for the chilly penguin parade, etc. He catered our experiences around what we said we liked. Like I wanted to know about some Australian singers, and he made a Playlist of them for us to listen to! I also wanted to see animals outside the wildlife park so he made an effort to help me find animals in the wild (wallabies, kangaroos, birds, and even added a stop to see megabats)! It was a great tour that was flexible to what you wanted.

5.00Thomas spent 2 days with me and my two friends, he was wonderful and patient and humored us and all of our questions and wants to see wild animals. He helped us pick cool wine spots and we found a wild kangaroo! Before each day he reached out via whatsapp with weather updates and outfit reccomendations. He brought plenty of snacks and water and picked pit great food stops. We would have been so underprepared without his messages. He allowed us to tweak our stops to make the days feel totally customized and special.
