  Perfect way to see the highlights of Yellowstone! The van was comfortable, clean, and with huge windows for viewing the sights. The guide and driver were friendly, competent, and very knowledgeable. Great for solo travelers.

  Benji was an outstanding guide! Very knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. And the vehicle was nice & roomy. I'm 6'4" and had plenty of room.

• Incompetent and flirtatious driver Bob at Yellowstone : a total disgrace

  We booked the Yellowstone Park tour with pick up from our downtown Jackson Hole hotel. We were the first to be picked up by the driver/guide Bob and we then proceeded to other hotels to pick up remaining guests fir this small group tour. Normally once all guests have been picked up the formal part of the tour begins with the guide introducing himself, asking all others where they are from and providing a preview of the day. But with Bob we had total silence - I mean not a single word for about half an hour. Then when the wife of a couple behind us complained that she could not see much from the back, he proceeded to invite her to sit with him in the front. Still nothing about the tour. It seemed we had booked a chauffeur not a tour guide. But actually not only was he incompetent but apparently also more interested in flirting with the wife to the helpless chagrin of her elderly husband. When I specifically asked him if we were gong to get some kind of narration he stated bluntly that if we wanted a narrated tour we had picked the wrong driver. Clearly this guy just did not get care. Throughout the tour we literally had to beg him to stop at key overlooks for example along the Snake River. He did of course make the mandatory stops at Old Faithful and Grand Prismatic, where walking back to the bus he was so animated flirting with the wife of the octogenarian customer that he actually tripped on a stone and slipped and fell!! But of course it did not change his attitude - only the conversation with the object of his vacuous desire turned to health issues, Covid, vaccinations, his own pregnant daughter coming to visit with the wife chipping in with her own stories about her truck driver son and his adventure tires. At one stop Bob flirted with a young single girl while taking her picture asking if she was single. This guy is disgusting and a shame to the community of tour guides in the country. Ultimately Yellowstone prevailed in that even this useless driver could not ruin the natural splendor of the park and it’s gorgeous and breathtaking beauty.
