Mammoth Hot Springs
Mammoth Hot Springs is a collection of thermal features at the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It is best known for the travertine terraces that form from mineral deposits, but there are many other observable geothermal features in this area. The algae living in the pools creates the distinct brownish, reddish colors. Our safari makes a stop here. Your guide will educate you on the historical or geological significance of your stop.
Petrified Tree
A petrified redwood seems out of place in present day Yellowstone National Park, but millions of years ago, this area looked much different. Petrified trees, such as this are a natural relic of a volcanic past. Our safari makes a stop here. Your guide will educate you on the historical or geological significance of your stop.

Elizabeth made the best of a rainy morning and we sure did have a blast! She was very energetic, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm was moving. We saw Bison, Pronghorn, Elk, Coyote, Wolf, the ‘Famous’ Black Bear Mom and her two cubs, Bald Eagles and Vast Mountain Ranges that make you feel insignificant. Well worth the cost of a day trip. We’ll definitely be back at some point when the entire park is open and we will use their services again.

Due to the time of year, unfortunately only one road was open, but we still saw a lot of animals, not that many places, but like it said due time, and the tour guides were great.

We had a great experience with our tour recently. Our guide, Elinor, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She especially tailored the questions and explanations for my 8yr old daughter to get highly engaged throughout the day. She also let us borrowed her special phone case to take pictures through a telescope lenses. If we didn’t book the tour, we wouldn’t know what to look for in Yellowstone, maybe except bisons. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who will visit Yellowstone for the first time.

We have great time although we had occasionally winter conditions. Gabrielle was so great and worked hard to show us all animals during the winter safari.

Most amazing well worth it! Zak was passionate and knowledgeable about the animals and park highlight was seeing bear den with mama and two cubs, mama stick her tongue out and yawned! Lunch was so good! We came from Florida and if we can spend time with Zak again we will do it! Thank you for wonderful memories and friendship!

My mom and I did the full day safari with our guide Lorna and enjoyed every minute. The van was comfortable, snacks and lunch plentiful, and the ride out to Yellowstone and the park itself were beautiful in their snowy glory. Being January, the roads are somewhat restricted but we were able to see tons of wildlife including pronghorn antelope, moose, bison, mountain goats, bald eagles, coyotes, and a bear hibernating in its den. The landscapes and views in winter were stunning. We had one other couple with us, so the small group was lovely. We were able to stop whenever needed to hop out and take photos or for a bathroom break. Lorna was so full of knowledge, and was like a wizard finding elusive animals! We learned so much. Don’t even hesitate if you’re considering this tour. It was a day we will never forget.
