Elizabeth is the absolute best yoga instructor I’ve ever met. You never feel intimidated and her ability to connect is special. Her meditations really help me get out of my head. She’s incredibly professional and makes sure everything is adapted to injuries or circumstances allowing everyone to participate to the best of their abilities. This program will help your mind and body and I highly recommend.

The Taa Naay Yoga Method retreat was everything I didn’t know I needed. Elizabeth is such a focused, grounded, and dedicated guide — her presence made the entire experience feel personal, peaceful, and deeply intentional. From sunrise yoga to the powerful cacao and sound healing ceremonies, every moment was thoughtfully designed to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. I left feeling lighter — not just physically, but emotionally too. The breathing and meditation techniques helped me tune into myself in a new way, and the setting added to the sense of calm and transformation. This retreat is so much more than a detox — it’s a reset for your entire being.
