Our yoga and sound therapy is an amazing way to the experience both of these healing modalities while enjoying one of the best views in St. Kitts. It doesn't get much better than that! You'll find yourself in a unique studio with friendly , helpful instructors that are happy to meet you at your level. If you ever wanted to try yoga and never felt the opportunity was right, take this time to get instruction from experienced teachers that have worked in the industry for a number of years. You will still have time after this to enjoy everything that our beautiful Caribbean island has to offer.

We are also happy to offer private classes or group classes. What you will love about our yoga studio is the addition of Sound Therapy. During your Shavasna, we will immerse you in the sounds of a variety of instruments that will allow you to totally relax and reach a deep meditative state. Sound therapy is a non-invasive, gentle yet powerful form of relaxation.

5.00I experienced Dale's Sound Bath at the Park Hyatt in St. Kitts. It was truly remarkable. I was able to relax to a very deep level. The setting was really lovely. I would definitely do this again. Thanks Dale!

5.00Dale's Hatha yoga classes and sound baths are a great experience. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering. She is an experienced and talented facilitator. The yoga classes are a gentle flow appropriate for beginners and still great for people of mixed levels. The full moon and new moon sound baths she hosts twice a month are a transcendental experience! The classes are held indoors at her studio when weather conditions allow, or otherwise inside her beautiful studio space. You won't regret it!

5.00Dale is amazing. Her place is beautiful. She makes you feel so comfortable and walks you through every move. The sound bath meditation at the end is very relaxing. I couldn't recommend it more. Do it!
The Best Wellbeing Reset!

5.00If you're in need of a reset from your busy life and career. Then Dale is the person you need to schedule for well-being reset with her Sound Bath Therapy. Sound Bath Therapy was a fairly new concept for me, but once I tried it I was hooked. It provides that relaxation that you did not need. In today's busy world with all that is going on, people vying for your attention, projects and task lists to complete then a Sound Bath Therapy session should be on your self-care and well-being list. The last time I did the therapy it came in at such a great time for as soon as I was finished I got pulled into a very intense meeting. I was able to manage myself and my emotions only because I had the Sound Bath Therapy moments ago. This really helped me to be focused and calm. I highly recommend Dale!
