Cuevas de Taulabe
The Taulabe Caves, are a system of caves very recognized nationally and internationally for their impressive beauty, natural and archaeological wealth. That is why they have been named Natural Monument of Honduras and in 2011 it was chosen as one of the 30 wonders of the country.
Los Naranjos Ecological Park
Los Naranjos Eco Archaeological Park is one of the oldest archeological sites in Honduras, with more than 2,500 years old. Its origin dates from 800 BC. and precedes for almost 1000 years to the Archaeological site of Copan. Los Naranjos is considered one of the oldest human settlements registered in Honduras. It is an archaeological site that keeps important vestiges of the ancient Proto-Lencas and Olmec cultures.

Nice trip, but too pricey

3.00The trip overall was decent but the price is a little high for what you get. First, the admission to the places are included but only for the bare minimums. For example, at the waterfall it is extra to climb down to the waterfall and more to zipline. At the lake it is extra to kayak. And at the caves it is extra to do the extended tour. Additionally there is a lot of stops on this tour. The caves was our last stop and we had 20 minutes to spend there before they closed. There are too many destinations and not enough time. The tour guide was accommodating and knowledgeable and the sights were beautiful.
