A really wonderful evening, seeing Hippos, Crocodiles and various Birds along the Zambezi. Highly recommend. The Captain ensured we stopped as soon as there was anything to see. The First Mate was entertaining, very knowledgeable and supplied flowing drinks & snacks for us. We preferred this cruise to a full sit-down meal, and as there were only 6 of us onboard we had room to walk around, up or down to get the best photos.

It was very good. Seen some wild animals. That was a bonus, as I hear they can be scarce. The ride was a memorable ecperience.

Very relaxing evening we saw lots of hippos and a couple of crocodiles and various birds. Great variety of drinks that were free flowing. Very enthusiastic dancers to see us off and welcome us back.
Don’t waste your money. Absolutely NOT recommended.

Viator states the activity leaves at 16:00, but on the day of the activity the tour operator messaged to say check in is at 16:15. We arrived at 16:00 as stated, boarded the boat, and then waited AN HOUR to leave the dock. The crew said they were waiting for other passengers and that leaving after 16:30 is ‘normal.’ We left the dock at 17:00. I requested a 50% refund from the operator due to an hour being wasted, which was denied 3 times. I then requested a 100% refund, which was denied. I then requested a refund through Viator, which was denied as the operator needs to approve it. There was no accountability from the operator, and their business practices are clearly unethical. Choose another provider rather.

Wonderful reception on the boat with music and dancing, great boat with upper deck for us alone, small snacks and selection of drinks sufficient, Stewart Moses has explained a lot, were lucky with the wildlife watching: Elephant, hippos, crocodiles as well as many birds.

We had a wonderful experience on the cruise—seeing hippos and crocodiles up close and learning about them and the area’s history from the captain. The service was excellent, and the non-alcoholic drinks were delicious. The view from the upper deck was outstanding. Although cloud cover hid most of the sunset, the overall experience was great. The low price initially made us a bit uncertain, but the prompt hotel pickup and return, and excellent service put those concerns to rest.

Nice stuff and they went above and beyond explaining the history of the place. On this sunset cruise we saw elephant calves playing in water, crocodiles, rare birds and hippos.

Experience was better than expected. We saw crocodile, elephants and hipos. There was a good atmosphere created by the boat staff.

We had a great experience on the sunset cruise, the captain and the staff were great. The drinks were plentiful and we managed to see hippos, crocs, quite a few different birds and luckily some awesome elephants. Would definately recommend, and the weather was amazing with a beautiful sunset.

Fantastic! such a beautiful river: and then the hippos, crocodiles, a dreamlike sunset and for dessert another elephant! Super ... plus delicious beer (and soft drinks for the kids)!
