Upon your arrival, outside the gate, you will find our smiled driver with a sign board written your name. We will help you with the luggage and the transfer start to your booked location. On the way, some places are scenic where you can take some pictures. You are allowed to ask the driver anything. Once you arrive, you will then helped with the luggage drop off and let you sign the paper as you have arrived. Our driver will then ask to go and to wish you a nice visit.

Salem did an incredible job during my trip to Zanzibar ! Thanks to his reactivity, and his kindness, he didn’t only arranged me the best transfers, but he also extended his services by offering me tours and activities, and it was always a success ! A great experience with Quick booking. The team is great and very warm. We called on the team (Saloum and Abdul) to organize our visits to Maalum, the Jozani forest, Stone Town and the spice tour, as well as for our trips to the ferry to return to Dar es salaam. They really care and pay attention to every detail.

My husband and I were first time visitors to Zanzibar. We initially booked our airport transfers with Quick Booking. They were absolutely exceptional- they ensured to communicate well in advance regarding times, details, etc. The driver was very friendly, and gave very good advice regarding the best things to do in Zanzibar. On our second day, the office team at Quick Booking messaged us to check in on how we were settling in, and whether we would want any help/guidance/to see other parts of Zanzibar. They gave a plethora of information regarding the best things to do, and what exactly they involved. We then decided we would do the Mneba Island tour. What shocked us was that Quick Booking’s prices were very good compared to other operators. On the day of the tour, communication was once again very good. The tour was amazing! We thought we would only be going snorkelling, but they took us to the sand bank, and dolphin watching too! The tour guides were hilarious, and so much fun! I’m not a confident swimmer- so they took me out snorkelling one on one. This was so sweet of them! The tour was so good in fact, that we opted to do the exact same tour the next day! And it was equally fun. Once again, the guides took me snorkelling one on one- and we went even further out, and got to even see a whale shark! We then also opted for the Stone Town tour. Once again, this was well organised and so much fun. I really appreciate how efficient Quick Booking were, and how they checked in on us to see how we were settling in. I loved how there was no hard sell; they simply guided us on what they suggested doing, and we made the decisions ourselves. The prices are also very good compared to other tour operators! After seeing the beauty of Zanzibar, we hope to come back soon, and will definitely be booking exclusively with Quick Booking again. 5*, absolutely exceptional!
