During your time in Zermatt Village, your guide will escort you from the train station and throughout the village, unveiling the history of the buildings and the village’s past. The chapel’s steeple adds to the small and charming village feel, and you’ll be completely and utterly charmed throughout your exploration. Running through Zermatt is the pure and ice-cold river Matta Vispa, which provides an atmospheric trickling water sound. We booked two tours totaling around €2,000. One tour was cancelled just hours before it started. For the second tour, we were told it would operate, but when we arrived at the meeting point, no tour guide showed up and all calls and messages were ignored. This appears to be fraudulent behavior. Be very careful

Booked a tour and no one showed up. There was no communication or explanation, and it ended up being a complete waste of time. I did receive a refund without any issues, which I appreciate. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but sharing this so others can be aware and be cautious. Would not recommend.

Jean Baque was an amazing tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable about Matterhorn. He took me to all the great views and made it very enjoyable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour.

Leighton was the best guide. This is a must do. We had a small group and Leighton made us all feel like family. Breathtaking views, the guide had lots of information on Zermatt and Switzerland history.

Leighton was AMAZING!!!!! Highly recommend him as a tour guide! We did Zermat Glacier Paradise and it was extremely worth it, if you are in Zermatt you are a must do.

Beautiful experience. If you have fear of heights you may not like. Took 3 cable cars / tram up and back. Cold and windy, but great experience

This was our second time touring with Leighton, and once again he gave us an unbelievable experience! From the train ride from Lucerne to Zermatt to the Glacier Paradise tour, everything was seamless, insightful, and unforgettable. Leighton was an amazing guide, going out of his way to make sure the day ran smoothly. He is a fountain of knowledge and made sure everyone was well taken care of, even the Celuac traveling with us. However, Viator switched our trip to a small group without telling us or mentioning a change in pickup location. Luckily the tour company was on top of it and everything worked out perfectly!
