Our guide/ driver was Charles (Ah Wen) and he was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and pleasant. We had an elderly family member who could not walk as fast. Charles was understanding and he also took the time and efforts to provide a great experience for us. Highly recommended! The place was also not so crowded at some areas, even though it was a Sat. We also had a good time having lunch at a water-edge restaurant.

Excellent way to get to this water town which is about a 1.5 hour drive from Shanghai. Great communication by the tour operator. Driver was courteous and spoke good English. He showed and explained us the city map when we got there and let us decide how many hours we’d like to explore the city before meeting back at the designated location. I recommend this tour!

I want to thank the driver , very friendly and helpful ! It was an excellent trip and he dropped us at the entrance to the scenic place .
It was really just a drive to Zhujiajiao and back. It was a fun tour!

Was a fun tour and John spoke great English. I just needed a drive to the town and I did the walking myself.
