• Amazing tour of Victoria Falls from both sides with the best guides

  We had such a great experience on this Victoria Falls tour. Everything was really easy and well organized, starting with the pickup and continuing throughout the whole day. We visited both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides of the falls, which was amazing because you get very different views from each side. Our guides, Thuba and Mike, were fantastic. They shared a lot of interesting background and history about Victoria Falls and made the tour really engaging. They were also just genuinely friendly and fun to spend the day with, which made the experience even better. Please send them our regards and apologies for taking so long to write a review ;) I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Victoria Falls! Make sure you get Thuba and Mike as your guides!

  Crossing over to the Zambia side added a completely different perspective. It felt a bit more adventurous and closer to the edge in some spots, which made the experience even more exciting. Our guide made sure everyone felt safe while still giving us plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the scenery. What really made the tour special was the guide’s knowledge and enthusiasm. They shared interesting facts about the Falls, local culture, and wildlife, which made the experience much more meaningful than simply visiting on our own. If you're visiting Victoria Falls, I highly recommend doing the tour from both sides. Each side offers something unique, and seeing them together gives you a full appreciation of how massive and powerful the Falls truly are. A must-do experience in Southern Africa!

• Great way to see the Falls

  This was a great way to see and learn about the falls. Although you can do the walk by yourself there was some educational facts that were interesting. As well as moving through immigration much faster, especially if there is a line. Both guides were very good. We had one for each side of the falls, Zimbabwe and Zambia. We were provided with good/long rain coats and we needed them! Delphister, our guide on the Zambia side was excellent and took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. Mr. Brown was good as well, on the Zimbabwe side. Zambia side is much closer and a bit different than the Zimbabwe side. It was worth it to see it in my opinion. Note: If you are staying in Zimbabwe and going to do the Zambia side you will need a 2 entry visa.

  Great tour. Very well organized, beautiful guides, that on the side of Zimbabwe is the cool and fun guide Lana. And Zambia has a wonderful Delphister on its side. Thank you very much. The girls tried very hard. Thank you to the cuckoo guide for organizing such an interesting tour.

  

  

  

• The mesmerising Victoria Falls

  Having already been to Niagara Falls at the U.S-Canada Border and Iguazu Falls at the Argentina-Brazil Border, a visit to Victoria Falls at the Zimbabwe-Zambia Border was always on my bucket list. Finally, I made it in January 2026 and found it to be absolutely stunning. We stayed on the Zimbabwe side for 2 days and easily managed to see it from both sides. The Zimbabwe side offered panoramic views of approximately 75% of the Victoria Falls frontage through 16 official viewpoints along well maintained rainforest trails inside Victoria Falls National Park. All these points were ideal for photography. Be prepared to walk about 2.2 km to cover the whole route and try to keep a minimum of 2.5 hours to comfortably complete your trip as the trail, though paved, is quite uneven and includes some steps also. The Zambia Side, on the other hand, offered a more intimate and immersive experience and adventurous perspective with fewer view points. Though from this side only 25% of the falls was visible, it offered closer and more intimate views of the fall. The walk is much lesser as compared to the Zimbabwe side but do keep 2 hours in your itinerary to comfortably see and enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the falls. Travelers are highly recommended to experience views from both sides as they compliment each other beautifully. Zimbabwe side will provide you the opportunity to ‘view the fall’ whereas the Zambian side will offer you the opportunity to ‘feel the fall’ and so is a must-see. Do not forget to carry a rain cover/suit as you will get completely soaked due to the mist in the air while watching the fall from both sides. Also remember to carry cash in exact denomination of US$58/- per person (Zimbabwe Side Entrance Ticket) and US$30/- per person (Zambia Side Entrance Ticket) as credit cards were not accepted on the pretext of power outage and internet breakdown. VISA: To visit, travellers may obtain the KAZA Univisa costing US$50/- by applying on-line or on Arrival at the Zambia or Zimbabwe Airports or the Border Posts (carry exact denomination in cash (USD) to avoid inconvenience as credit cards may not be accepted on account of technical failures or connection breakdowns etc.). It is available to citizens of a large number of countries and allows tourists multiple entries between the 2 countries within a 30 day period. TRANSPORT: The nearest airport on the Zimbabwe side is in city ‘Victoria Falls (VFA)’ and on the Zambia side it is in ‘Livingstone (LVI)’. Both airports are about 25 minutes from the respective Park’s Entrance. We landed at the Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) and decided to see the Victoria Falls from the Zambia side first. Though no major global ride-hailing apps like Uber/Bolt/Lyft worked in Victoria Falls but taxis were easily available and extremely convenient. Fares were more or less standard from VFA Airport to hotel in Victoria Falls ($30) and another US$70/- from hotel to Falls Entrance on the Zimbabwe Side, then to Falls on the Zambia Side, a 3 hour visit to the Livingstone city etc. and finally returning back to the hotel in Victoria Falls including crossing the borders while going and coming back. Visits to both side of the border shall be arranged by your first driver who will himself co-ordinate with his counterpart on the other side of the border. This will be done by them without any hassle as is an established norm. Any one of them will help you arrange visit to the other side of the border also so no worries. Highly recommended to visit at least once in a lifetime.

  From pickup to the full tour of Victoria Falls on both sides, starting on the Zambia side and then heading over to Zimbabwe, everything was perfectly organised and super smooth. Our guides Thuba and Mike were fantastic. They shared loads of interesting history about the falls and were always happy to answer questions. Really friendly guys and made the whole experience even better. Would absolutely recommend this tour!

  This is a fantastic tour visiting both sides of the falls. Border crossings were well facilitated, the views were spectacular and yes, you get wet. But we'll worth it
