  It exceeded my expectations in every way. Nature ✅ Family friendly ✅ Safety ✅ English speaking✅ Knowledgable ✅ Fun✅ Unforgettable experience ✅✅✅ It was a wet day at arenal and we had small kids and a scared adult. The staff put our minds at ease and helped us every step of the way. It was breathtakingly beautiful deep in cloud forest surrounded by flowers, trees, wildlife. It was not kitschy, zipline tourist trap like some options out there but truly canopy tour. I even saw a toucan which I had been looking for our whole trip to Costa Rica and hadn’t seen yet. Also the location can’t be beat since it’s much closer to Liberia and many hotels along arenal lake. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for a great experience my kids will always remember. Also thank you for being so patient and supportive to our family who was nervous.

  We did the zipline on a rainy/cloudy day as a family (mom/dad/10 yo boy/8 yo girl). We are what would be described as a "difficult" family, but the owner and the staff did everything to ensure that we had a pleasant, memorable experience. After putting the gear on, there was a 10 minute hike where the owner showed us some local Flora and horses. The guard dog was with us full-time, providing entertainment for the kids. The owner was super patient with the 1000 questions directed by my kids his way. Because of the weather and the length of some of the ziplines I was scared this would be a stressful experience, considering the fact that my daughter is into thrill experiences. However the owner was supporting (never pushing) and encouraging along the way and she was able to do the ziplines on her own, having a great time. The owner and the staff were serious about safety and buckles and repeated instructions many times to ensure the kids were doing the things right. There are 9 platforms and the length between the platforms can be as short as 50 meters and as long as 200+ meters. The clouds/mist made it into an interesting experience where you would dive into a fog and not see where you would land. Some platforms also have an excellent view of the nearby Arenal lake and great photo opportunities, but in our case due the the weather we did not get to enjoy them. When it comes to having memorable experiences, more than the activity or the condition of the premises, what matters is how you feel. In this sense, this experience did not disappoint and I am sure it will be a good memory for my family in the long term. Highly recommended. Just make sure you Whatsapp the owner to get the right Google maps location, as we ended up going to a wrong spot in our first try!

  CRParaiso was great! My partner and I booked this because we were staying nearby in Arenal and it was a fantastic experience. Bret and his team showed us around the property before we started and we enjoyed the tour quite a bit. While ziplining, the team made us feel safe and we had a really fun time

  A must do if near lake Arenal! Don't waste your time and money driving an hour plus to the tourist traps! Brett and Jason are amazing guides and you will feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Beautiful grounds and very scenic!

  This was a very special experience for me and my family! The zip line tour is exhilarating, without being terrifying. The hike to the platforms included a short “nature walk” but we learned about local wildlife and foliage. Bret, the owner was very kind and communicative.The crew, including Jason, Manriquez, and Marvin, were fantastic, professional, informative, and we felt extremely safe while zip lining. We would highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a an alternative to zip lines in La Fortuna, closer to Nuevo Arnenal. They also offer separate nature walks, and horseback riding.

  The Zipline-Tour really was amazing. Brett and his team were always making sure everybody was feeling comfortable and safe. We all had a great time. Brett really does know the flora and fauna on his propperty and gladly shows you some interesting animals and plants. The Ziplining consists of 9 different stations varying in speed and height, but all of them were great! We can really advise everbody to book the tour.

  Really fun experience in the Arenal area! Not the extreme thrill-seeking adventure like some of the larger (and way more expensive) parks, which was perfect for our family of first-timers. Still super fast and exhilirating, gorgeous views, and we felt safe the entire time. The entire staff is so welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommend!
