  Memorable experience! Personally would like to thank Ashley, Claudia , Em , & Chris for such a great time! My man and I are planning to head back already for our next trip! :) we did the 7 zip lines, with those four great employees who lead us through with ease and jokes ! lol & we also did the beast which was great as well!   Really enjoyed the 7 Zipline tour! We had two grumpy teens that had to get up early following a late night bioluminescent swim and they complained all the way up to being fitted with our gear. Once they got to the first Zipline they were excited and enjoyed the next couple of hours with our crew…they made it easy and fun. The views are gorgeous 🤩. We didn’t have time to do all of the Ziplines at the park…you could easily spend a full day there. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was some of the best we had during our vacation that week…get a table on the balcony and you can see San Juan and watch others on the Zipline as they go by.

  This was a family favorite when we visited Puerto Rico! Our family of 5 ranging in size and age from 40 years old to 10 years old, 210 lbs to 75 lbs had a FANTASTIC experience! The guides were engaging and fun but serious about safety. The course itself was 6 zip lines and took about 2 hours. It was so much fun, and worth the small little hike at the very end to complete the final zip line. We can’t recommend this enough!

  This is quite an operation they are running, with different courses and options. For the ziplining, the groups are very large and there is a lot of waiting and queuing. On the plus side, the 7 ziplines are very long and fast, and the scenery is beautiful. But the way the brake hits you when you arrive at the end is quite hard and unpleasant.

  Unfortunately, this zipline experience was anything but an adventure. From the start, we had a 12:00 pm appointment and was told we would have to wait until 1:00 pm to go out until we pushed back and were put with the current group. Then, the guides were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in the group they were guiding. There was very little communication—barely any explanation, encouragement, or interaction—which made the experience feel cold and impersonal. The zipline stopping system was also uncomfortable. Instead of a gradual slowdown, you hit a hard block, causing the gear to slam to a stop, and then a guide grabs you. It felt abrupt and jarring rather than smooth or enjoyable. Our group was quite large, which resulted in a lot of standing around and waiting between lines. This only added to the feeling that the operation was more focused on moving people through than providing a quality experience. Then there’s the climb to the final zipline. I’ll fully admit I’m not in the best shape, but this climb was brutal. It didnt have proper steps—just dirt “steps” reinforced with 1x6 boards. The “handrail” was essentially a zipline covered in plastic, which didn’t feel particularly safe or supportive. The only two bright spots of the entire experience were the owner, who was genuinely kind, and the beautiful drive to and from the location, which offered some truly lovely scenery. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a fun, engaging, or well-guided zipline adventure.

  So fun!! I’m a 55 year old woman who was terrified but loved the tour. Thank you for keeping me calm. And the food after was delicious.

  Great experience! The Zipline Adventure Tour was a perfect mix of adrenaline and fun. At first there is a bit of tension, but as soon as you launch you feel only freedom: the wind in your face, the speed and the view from above that leaves you speechless. The staff is super professional, they explain everything clearly and make you feel safe at all times (even those who are afraid of heights here let go). The organization is impeccable, with modern equipment and routes designed to make you experience growing emotions. I recommend dressing comfortable and bringing closed shoes, because once you start you will not think about anything but enjoying the moment. It is an activity that I recommend to both groups of friends and adventurous families: a memory that stays on you for a long time!

  Thanks to all!! the staff of toro verde , they make the exprerience a very fun active, informative, helpfull...if your find yourself afraid or insecure they will find the way so that you can make it all and enjoy it... Special thanks!!! to Alexis and Emanuel that were our guides for most of the trip!...They were very active and had patience with all of us!!
