  They were rude when I called them and they said yes it was open and then I came and they were so rude they called me a monkey were racist homophobic and sexist and wouldn’t let me go I called the manager and then he started to the same thing also very antisemitic it was terrible I wish I could do a 0 as a rating

  I must say I had such an N awesome experience zip lining the staff was great and very comforting. My two daughters loved it and would definitely do it Again. Just remember to wear sneakers otherwise you will have to buy $20 water shoes.

  The drive was long and winding, very scenic to get to the place. My husband and I booked the Beast. The views are breathtaking. The entire experience was 10/10. I wasn't sure I wanted to do the zipline, but the girl at the top was amazing and gave me the courage to do it. The guy at the landing was great too, offered to take our photo after. This is a MUST DO.

  I was very scared but the worker did convince me to do it and he was very patient with me and very generous. It definitely was a experience I recommend doing face your fears like I did lmao

  It was a fun experience but we had to climb at least 10 flights of stairs to get to the top to begin. While we laughed about it we certainly wouldn’t have done it had we known beforehand. Once completed with the zip lining there was an elevator for us to depart….FUNNY RIGHT?? We were hoping for a nice photo of this experience but that option wasn’t even available. I think a photo would have been a big perk for this adventure. The staff was very nice I must say!

  First of all, let me say that my 16 year old son convinced my wife and I to do this. We made reservations online to lock in our time, I highly recommend you do this. Also, more the education you sign and the refund policy. Our time slot was 8pm on a Friday night. The front desk ladies shared all my questions about safety, heights, risks, and anything else I could think of. They did their best to put my anxiety at ease. We were given our safety equipment, they put everything on us and then have the equipment double checked by another qualified staff member. You leave all your belongings with them and they kick them up, no cell phones or camera allowed, even go-pro. We climbed to the stairs, went outside and climbed up the tower, walked a few steps, the first employee hooked us up and zip, were off over the buildings, scary at first but got better. I highly enjoined this place, we did 3 ziplines and would go back!

  So if you weight over 250 dont go!! The app does not stop when you enter the information.. it proceeded and took my money .. and refused my son. I'm waiting on a refund
