  totally awesome...my kids wished it was longer and we ended up going again on different track...definately next trip we will do the BIG roll one. thank you team for great hospitality.

• Exciting, fun rides down the hill!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a chilly, rainy day, but everyone helped keep the riders warm -- great spas to soak in, overhead heaters in the waiting area, and a nice warm van to ride up the hill. It was great fun!

• I did not know that I need this adventure until I did

  I loved this thrill seeking adventure. The water in the balls are warm and it is so much fun to race down the track. I preferred the straight runs. Rolling together with your buddy is just so much fun. Go for it!

• Good value, unique experience, great facilities

  Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and modern. Experience was unique. Very much enjoyed it with my teenage daughter. While seems pricy, I think it's good value. We did the 3-pack, which was fun. Hot tubs were great too. We went at 9:15am on a fine day during school holidays and there was no wait. Most people were turning up around 10:30 when we left.

  Loved the experience, doing it with my son. My kids loved the hot tub facilities. Change rooms and the toilets were maintained well. And thanks for providing slow chargers for the visiting customers. With the Zorbs, if we get a good view of the outside when rolling down, it will add to the experience and thrill. The translucency of the balls reduced the overall thrill a little bit.

  We had a great time at Zorb Rotorua. Having seen this giant ball on a television commercial many years ago it was a lot of fun and not as scary as we first thought. The hardest part is getting inside the ball. Be careful you don’t catapult back out. You must dive headfirst through the entry/exit hole. They place a dry padded mat like you find in a gym over the lower portion of the hole. One of us got stuck in the hole more than once. The second time an injury occurred. With my body weight tipping back out of the hole I stubbed both my big toes. It resulted in severe pain and extensive bruising. We suggest that a padded mat be installed just below the entry point to help soften any contact with the hard launching pad. Still a highly recommended activity even with sore toes.

  This was such a lovely experience! It is on gorgeous grounds, and the staff are kind and also laid back. We went during the week in the afternoon and there were only a handful of other guests there making it really comfortable to enjoy ourselves and take our time. The rolling in the ball is a blast. The shorter downhill track was fun and fast (2adults and 1 kid in our zorb). There is a lot of water that ends up in your face. Have your kiddo turn their head to the side! The sidewinder track is also fun, less water in your face since you don't go as fast and change direction often. It does give you that roller coaster drop feeling in your stomach on the turns. My 5 year old was excited, then terrified, then did the run, then said he would never do it again, then asked when we were doing our second run, then did the second run and said it was the most fun in his whole life. So - yeah, not sure if that helps you parents out there. haha I get motion sickness easily, and felt a little queasy after these two runs. I could have done one more but not more than that. Would highly recommend even if you do get a little queasy - it was a blast and I finally checked it off my bucketlist after 22 years!

  

  

• Unique Fun!

  What a fabulous and unique experience. We did the two run option and were grateful we did. Not only fun to experience zorbing but their smooth process and top notch operation of getting you to the top of the runs and keeping you warm and comfortable between them was greatly valued.

  We really enjoyed our Zorb experience and laughed our way down the hill. All of the staff was so supportive and kind it made the experience all the more memorable.
