Your Zurich experience begins with a guided introduction in the heart of the city, where you’ll explore the vibrant Old Town with its cobblestone streets, medieval houses, and landmarks such as the Grossmünster and Fraumünster. Along the way, you’ll also uncover hidden corners that many visitors overlook.

The walk continues with a leisurely stroll down the world-famous Bahnhofstrasse, one of Europe’s most elegant shopping avenues. Here, you’ll pause at select confiseries to sample Swiss chocolates—ranging from silky pralines to seasonal creations, and including Zurich’s famous Luxemburgerli.

The experience concludes with a one-hour Lake Zurich cruise. Sit back and relax as you take in views of the city skyline, lakeside villas, and the distant Swiss Alps.

We had an amazing experience on the Zürich City Tour with chocolate tasting and lake cruise today! Our guide, Ben, truly made the day unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so many fascinating stories about Zürich’s history that brought the city to life. We especially loved the chocolate stops—learning about the origins of the chocolatiers and visiting the shops was such a treat. The lake cruise was the perfect finishing touch, with beautiful weather and stunning views. Ben’s enthusiasm and storytelling made the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable. Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable of the city’s history. He took the time to go into detail to answer each person’s questions. He was very friendly and encouraged discussions and chit/chat. He took the time to also get to know each of us and remember all our names. Ben spoke very clearly and provided many interesting details. We of course loved visiting the three chocolate stores and learning about their history. The tour had the right amount of walking and was paced very well allowing the slower folks to keep up with the group. The selection of sites was a perfect blend of the growth of Zurich over the centuries. This was most definitely a worthwhile tour!

A great way to explore Zurich! Ben, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The small group format maximizes the interchange with the guide. We enjoyed the walking, the boat ride, and the chocolate sampling. A perfect combination of experiences and length of time. Highly recommend!

Overall this was a great way to see the city. It was nice to be in a small group and talk with the guide to learn more about Zürich. The lake tour was a little underwhelming, as you could have purchased a transit ticket for cheaper and did the same cruise. Overall it was a great tour and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great tour and history lesson of Zurich. We saw places we never could have seen. The chocolate was delicious ! The boat trip was a warm and wonderful way to wrap it all up! Our guide, Ben, was fun and knowledgeable.
