Must Do Tour of Klis and Salona

5.00If you are interested in Roman and early Christian sites, Salona will not disappoint. Our tour was led by Luca who did an outstanding job bring the history of the site to life. Klis, meaning the key is the city of Meereen in Game of Thrones. Amazing fortress with less steps than I thought. The views are incredible! Highly recommended and a must do when visiting Split.

4.00The Kliss Fort is very interesting but difficult terrain. Be prepared and bring water and sturdy shoes Salona was nice but not what we expected not enough information. Aroumd the.site. Our tour guide was marginal. It was only his 3rd week and he didnt communicate anything unless asked.

5.00Excellent historical contribution Slavko is a very friendly and professional guide. He has an excellent knowledge of the history of Split (he offered it to us in exchange for a start of visit 1 hour earlier!) and the places visited. He is passionate about his job and we only want to listen to him! Thank you and Bravo Slavko!
