クロークやロッカー設備はないため、スーツケースや大きな荷物をお持ちの方は入館をお断りします。
ツアー終了後はスタジアム内に滞在することはできません。また、博物館は3フロアで構成されており、1フロアを終えると前のフロアに戻ることはできません。
ほとんどの日はピッチサイドのベンチや更衣室を見学できる。 ホームゲームの前日、開催中、終了後はアクセスできません。

1.00This was the worst experience we have ever had with any tour booking. We have done numerous guided tours across Europe and have never faced anything like this. The coordinator handling messages refused to accommodate our request that we would be a few minutes late. She also refused to provide the guide's contact number so we could coordinate directly. At no point did the organiser make any effort to help or accommodate us. When we reached the stadium, we discovered that they were also refusing to share our entry tickets. We requested that the tickets be sent so that we could at least enter the stadium even if we had missed a few minutes of the guided tour. After repeated requests, the tickets were finally shared. However, when the tickets were checked at the entrance, we were informed that they had already been used. All 20 tickets associated with the booking had been scanned earlier. This strongly suggests that the organiser had overbooked the tour and sold tickets that were no longer valid. The coordination throughout was extremely poor. No phone number was provided, and communication was limited to messages that often went unanswered. There was another customer outside the stadium facing the same issue. We had specifically travelled to Madrid for one night in order to visit the stadium, making this experience particularly disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the organiser remained unresponsive and made no effort to resolve the situation. I have requested a full refund, but they have not responded to any of my messages. This was a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with this organiser.

5.00Gigi is an amazing guide who helped bring the visit to lift. Such an incredible stadium and football club. Has to be a must when in Madrid. Some great photo opportunities and being luck enough to visit the locker room also.
