As an added bonus, he introduced us to delicious breakfast and lunch spots that we never would have found on our own. Throughout the day, Praveen shared a wealth of knowledge, providing valuable historical context for everything we saw, along with insightful perspectives on India’s current political and social landscape. You also don’t need to worry about lunch, as it is included in the experience. More than that, you get the chance to experience a real day in an Indian’s life, including visiting local markets, where he is also happy to help you buy anything you may need. This is one of those experiences that you take with you for life. If you really want to know and learn about the real Bangalore, you definitely need to do it.

  A phenomenal experience! BOOK THIS TOUR!!! The tour guide, Deepak, met me right on time and we got right into it. We took a car to each destination and saw all the highlights promised where Deepak gave really detailed explanations of everything and helped me make sense of Bengaluru’s deep history and rich traditions. We made occasional stops to enjoy local delicacies and he took some really great pictures for me while we saw the sights. He was also a great conversationalist and was engaging, knowledgeable and genuine. He also had a great mastery of the city and its layout which made me feel totally at ease and in the company of a real expert that could draw emphasis to the things most aligned with my interests.

  This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Praveen is passionate about the history of Bangalore and really shows some wonderful hidden gems. I have been to this city multiple times, and I learned so much on this trip. Our driver was awesome as well, he would show up out of nowhere for seamless transfers, and provided a safe smooth journey. I would recommend this tour to anyone who loves history and wants to see the magical side of Bangalore.

  Wow! I had no idea how awesome this tour was going to be when I booked it. Praveen was an excellent tour guide. His strengths go well beyond knowledge; he was insightful, thoughtful, easily understood, and incredibly enthusiastic about the city and its history. He was always smiling and it seemed like he couldn't wait to share his city with us. Ive been on a number of tours in a variety of countries and this one went straight to the top of the list. If you are visiting Bangalore (or if you're a local and want to know more about your city), then look no further. Hidden Gem tours delivered as promised! We literally went off the beaten path to see and learn about things we'd never find on our own. Learning the history of the city with such enthusiasm really brought the city to life. The value and experience is well worth then price of admission. Thanks Praveen for an incredible day. You will not be forgotten!

  The Bangalore through the ages city tour was a great way to start my time in the city. Pradeep is quite possibly one of the best guides I’ve ever had and whisked me around the city in ways I could have never done on my own. His knowledge, attention to details, and humor allowed the time go by quickly and quite enjoyably. I will definitely book with Hidden Gems again.
