ISKCON Temple Bangalore
Please note: On this tour, we visit one of the two temples listed — ISKCON Temple or the Bull Temple. As you step into the ISKCON Temple along with our erudite guide, you are immediately enveloped in a sense of grandeur, where soaring gopurams and gilded domes glisten under the sunlight. You walk through vast courtyards filled with the sound of kirtans, the aroma of incense, and the sight of devotees moving in rhythmic devotion, creating an atmosphere both vibrant and serene. As you stand before the sanctum of Lord Krishna, you feel a rare stillness wash over you, as if the chaos of the city has dissolved into a moment of divine presence.
Bangalore Palace
As you arrive at Bangalore Palace, your guide leads you around its ivy-draped walls, turreted towers, and arched windows, pointing out details that reveal the Wodeyar’s fascination with English-style grandeur. You pause to take in the imposing façade, its battlements and balconies narrating a story of power and prestige borrowed from Europe yet rooted in Bangalore’s own royal legacy. On this tour, you explore the exteriors of the monument, where the palace’s true charm lies in its stately presence and architectural intrigue. Please note: Bangalore Palace is closed on Mondays. On those days, we will instead explore Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace.

He goes beyond the historical background, connecting it with his own childhood memories and present-day life. You will have all the transportation comfort needed to visit the different places, including air conditioning, water, and punctual service. You also don’t need to worry about lunch, as it is included in the experience. More than that, you get the chance to experience a real day in an Indian’s life, including visiting local markets, where he is also happy to help you buy anything you may need. This is one of those experiences that you take with you for life. If you really want to know and learn about the real Bangalore, you definitely need to do it.

5.00A phenomenal experience! BOOK THIS TOUR!!! The tour guide, Deepak, met me right on time and we got right into it. We took a car to each destination and saw all the highlights promised where Deepak gave really detailed explanations of everything and helped me make sense of Bengaluru’s deep history and rich traditions. We made occasional stops to enjoy local delicacies and he took some really great pictures for me while we saw the sights. He was also a great conversationalist and was engaging, knowledgeable and genuine. He also had a great mastery of the city and its layout which made me feel totally at ease and in the company of a real expert that could draw emphasis to the things most aligned with my interests.

5.00This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Praveen is passionate about the history of Bangalore and really shows some wonderful hidden gems. I have been to this city multiple times, and I learned so much on this trip. Our driver was awesome as well, he would show up out of nowhere for seamless transfers, and provided a safe smooth journey. I would recommend this tour to anyone who loves history and wants to see the magical side of Bangalore.

5.00Wow! I had no idea how awesome this tour was going to be when I booked it. Praveen was an excellent tour guide. His strengths go well beyond knowledge; he was insightful, thoughtful, easily understood, and incredibly enthusiastic about the city and its history. He was always smiling and it seemed like he couldn't wait to share his city with us. Ive been on a number of tours in a variety of countries and this one went straight to the top of the list. If you are visiting Bangalore (or if you're a local and want to know more about your city), then look no further. Hidden Gem tours delivered as promised! We literally went off the beaten path to see and learn about things we'd never find on our own. Learning the history of the city with such enthusiasm really brought the city to life. 5.00The Bangalore through the ages city tour was a great way to start my time in the city. Pradeep is quite possibly one of the best guides I’ve ever had and whisked me around the city in ways I could have never done on my own. His knowledge, attention to details, and humor allowed the time go by quickly and quite enjoyably. I will definitely book with Hidden Gems again.
