What To Expect
英語を話すガイドが広州市中心部のホテルまでお迎えに上がります（越秀、海珠、茘湾、天河地区のホテルへのお迎えが含まれます）。その後、料理教室へ移動します。 到着すると、ガイドとシェフが中国料理と広東料理の簡単な紹介をします。メニューから興味のある料理を3つ選んでから、ガイドと一緒に地元の市場へ行き、食材を探します。そこで食材の名前や地元の食習慣を学びます。 その後、教室に戻ったら、食材を洗う、切る、味付けするなどの準備をします。準備が整ったら、調理を始めましょう！シェフが詳しく教えてくれ、料理を美味しくする秘訣を教えてくれます。その後、シェフが調理した料理を試食し、いくつかの提案をしてくれます。すべてが終わったら、一緒に座って食事を楽しみ、中国のテーブルエチケットを学びましょう。

5.00I booked this experience for my adopted daughter to learn how to cook recipes from her birth culture, and we had the best time! The company communicated well and met us at our hotel right on time. Our translator Mango was excellent, very kind and knowledgeable. We took some great pictures visiting the local market and then were taken to a clean, bright and well-equipped kitchen for a personal cooking class with a dedicated chef. With Mango translating, we had no trouble at all following along to make, plate, and taste three delicious Cantonese dishes. The business hosting the cooking class also offered a fun opportunity to dress-up in historical costumes and have your picture taken (an activity trending for young Chinese women these days). My daughter decided to try it out, and Mango worked with us and the business to make sure we'd be able to get a ride back to the hotel since we extended our visit, and she was needed at another appointment. A+ perfect execution and follow through. Highly recommend!
