実践的な体験は、無菌教室ではなくホームキッチンで行われます。 石臼と杵でスパイスをすりつぶしたり、土鍋で炊いたりと、代々受け継がれてきた秘訣を学びながら、伝統の技を習得します。
1つの料理を作るだけでなく、完全な「ご飯とカレー」のご馳走を用意します。複数のカレーとサンブールのシンフォニーです。 地元の家族との親密な関係で、本物の文化交流の場となっています。 レシピだけではありません。ストーリーや伝統、自分で作ったおいしい食事のシェアなど、旅の思い出を永続的でパーソナルなものにします。

5.00Highly recommend this cooking class, if you’re looking for an authentic experience in Colombo. The cooking was a lot of fun, the dishes were super delicious and Pradeep was a great guide :) couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend a relaxing, but interactive afternoon in Colombo.

5.00We had an incredible time at the Colombo Cooking Experience. From the moment we started with the market tour to the final bite of our meal, everything was seamless. Learning about the different Sri Lankan spices and how to balance flavours was eye-opening. The host was knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire process fun and interactive. If you want to go beyond just eating and actually understand the heart of Sri Lankan cuisine, this is a must-do!
10/10 - do not hesitate to book!

5.00We had a brilliant time at the cooking class. Pradeep was an excellent host, really friendly and informative. He taught us a lot about the local produce whilst we were at the market and then showed us how to combine everything to make all the dishes. We made some delicious food and had a great time whilst doing so - would highly recommend this activity!
