What To Expect

このプログラムの参加者は、オリジナルのオーストリアのアップルシュトゥルーデルを準備する方法を学びます。授業中は経験豊富なシェフが指導します。 3～5名の少人数グループで、準備の全段階にフル参加していただきます。お菓子をのばすなどのアクティビティは、非常に楽しいことができますし、シュトゥルーデルを作る全体の経験は、最終的な結果自体を楽しむのと同じくらいやりがいがあることが保証されています。 Apple Strudelに加えて、参加者は、ザルツブルクで最も有名で壮大なデザートの1つを試すチャンスがあります-ザルツブルクのノッケルまたはプログラムに応じて、独自のふわふわのザルツブルクプレゼル。プログラムには、昼食に伝統的なグーラッシュスープも含まれており、自分で焼いた創作物を手に入れる前に提供されます（ベジタリアン/ヴィーガンランチのオプションもあります）。

Extraordinary experience! Teachers were great and lunch was exceptional!!! Would do it again. I highly recommend this tour!

This was a great experience with not a huge time commitment. The course was well organized, flowed very smoothly. Things are prepared in advance to make it about the doing and completing not as much of the prep work and a very efficient use of time to learn to the important baking skills. The lunch was light and I not surprised for overall cost was affordable. Salad in addition to stew would make it feel more substantial. Altogether the course very much delivered on our expectations.

We made a raspberry soufflé and apple strudel and they made it so easy and fun. Everyone was smiling and chatting and our teacher was sweet and fun! We were served a goulash, which was more soup than what I’m used to; and it was delicious! Then we ate our own soufflé and strudel— both were amazing!! I highly recommend this class! You will have strudel to take home too! My favorite was the soufflé, and I would love their recipe!!

A wonderful experience all round!! I booked this for my husbands 60th birthday! A must do if you are holidaying in the Salzburg area!! The instruction was clear and precise. We made Apple Strudrl and Nockerel and feel competent to make them at home. A stunning setting beneath built into the hillside… like a cave inside. Met other fellow travellers also enjoying the experience. A memorable activity !!
