5.00Great experience with Daniel learning about the history of whiskey making. From Poitín, to Uisce beatha. And how to bury your Poitín in a barrel to hide from the English tax collectors. And finally had an excellent tasting flight with some top notch whiskeys.

4.00This really isn’t a “museum”, disappointingly. A guide tells you a rough overview of whiskey and irelands role with it, plus some provides a small tasting. The difference between the standard and premium tours was the premium received an extra sample. The “tour” itself was fine but a little strange. We were taken to several rooms during and they played videos that kinda gave some info, but our guide was filling in most of it. Our guide, Matt, was great and really friendly! I just wish he could’ve just talked with us instead of having the company rely on videos. there was one cheap jump scare that kinda made the “tour” seem hokey. Overall, it was ok, not the best alcohol tour we’ve been on, not the worst.
It was a nice experience for the friend group.
