  We had so much fun doing the tour and visit. Well worth your time! So many interesting facts about the history of Heineken and the city - and of course the beer was wonderful!

  The Heineken Experience was a fantastic attraction and definitely worth visiting while in Amsterdam. The interactive exhibits were engaging, the history of the brand was presented in an interesting way, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. I especially enjoyed the immersive activities and the opportunity to learn about the brewing process. The included drinks at the end were a great bonus and helped create a fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a well-organized, entertaining, and memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

  I’ve been to many brewery tours but this one was by far the most interesting. They have the stories and the beginning ofcourse but then it is modern with immersive rooms and great visual storytelling. The rooftop is fine, not sure it’s very worth it but it comes with an extra drink!

  Excellent, we booked the vip experience good mix of history and facts about Heineken, 5 large samples with tailored snacks and free drink at the end with bonus personalised gift. Great mixture of traditional pictures, light shows and cinematic experience.

  We visited on 10/06 on the 5:15 slot. We were told to go at our own pace and that it would take an hour and a half to make our way round. At about 6:30 we were all told to leave so we ended up missing a few of the last rooms which upset me because they looked very fun. Online it states it closes at 7:30 so this is unfair as we paid to see it all and got kicked out early. On top of this we saw people pouring their own beer so we went over just for the woman to say it’s closed now. About 5 minutes later she lets another man pour his own beer after telling us we couldn’t. We were having a nice time up until this point and now we were too frustrated so we left.
