  Muhammad is a terrific tour guide!!! He explained the history with the details to us including the material and the building methodology with us patiently so that we can appreciate the history and the building to the most. He engaged our young boys of 5 and 6 with interesting questions so that they can understand from what they know. He answered our questions in details patiently and we had a great time!

  Mohammad was so knowledgeable and passionate about the city and culture that he took us straight back in time with his stories. He was also extremely accommodating of kids and older family members in the group. Highly recommend him!!

  Muhammet was a fantastic guide. My husband and I had visited Hagia Sofia a few times in the past. This time we had our adult daughters with us so we thought a guide could be useful. We all learned so much with Muhammet. He graciously took his time with us telling us about his country, his faith, the history and the special places in Hagia Sofia. We all truly enjoyed the experience and have a greater appreciation for this beautiful place.

  We had an absolutely amazing experience with our guide Muhammet. He was well researched and did an excellent job of guiding us through the Hagia Sophia. I would strongly recommend booking a guided tour with him.

  Our guide Muhammet made the experience so wonderful, and he clearly knew his stuff. His stories about the history kept me paying attention the whole time and made me feel engaged. We had a great coffee break and lunch at a spot he told us about. It was just a lovely day all around, thank you Muhammet!

  This was an absolutely fantastic tour experience! Our guide, Muhammet, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very engaging throughout the entire day. His way of explaining history made everything come alive and kept the group interested from start to finish. Even though it was a full-day tour, everything felt very relaxed and well-paced thanks to his excellent organization. We never felt rushed at any point, and there was always enough time to enjoy each stop properly. We also appreciated the well-timed breaks for coffee and lunch, which made the day even more enjoyable. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, and his local recommendations for shopping and exploring were really helpful. Both our teenage kids and we as adults had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Thank you, Muhammet, for such a memorable and enjoyable experience!

  This was a truly excellent tour! Our guide was Mustafa Kemal Baştürk (also known as Jack) and he was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but as a teacher, he was engaging, funny and his English was perfect. I was concerned about the full day tour but Jack made the day fly by. It was great pace with time to get a coffee, lunch, spend as much time as we wanted at each location and he was an excellent guide for shopping too. Our 21 year old daughter and 23 year old son also had a blast. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

  We had an amazing tour with Muhammet. He is very knowledgeable about Istanbul’s history and explained topics beyond what was included in the tour itself. Learned a lot and couldn’t recommend him more!

  Muhammet has a real interest in the history of the area and is very personable. The depth of his knowledge kept the tour interesting for the history buffs but also did not seem to overwhelm those only seeking background information. He was not pushy on visiting vendors after the tour but did offer insights to a couple of shops. The restaurant he recommended was fantastic.
