5.00The experience was wonderful and the company went above and beyond to make our day special. I was concerned about meeting our driver, and was given precise instructions (including downloading WhatsApp) and communicating with us to make pick-up smooth. However, the real star of the show was our driver/tour guide. Jean Carlos was thoughtful, was apparently given the wrong tine for our arrival but stayed and met us at arrivals at the airport, and then made sure to point out sights along the way to the canal. We had a wonderful time.
