1.00Viator ONLY provides voucher. Make sure to obtain actual tickets at the ferry ticket counter. This step should be highlighted in the promo. In addition, there is no savings in purchasing through Viator.

1.00It is a waste of time to or buy tickets. You still need to go to the ticketing office to get your voucher for the boat. The ticket they send you do not get you on the boat. I had to wait I. Line for over 30 minutes for the ticket and missed the ferrry I wanted to get on.

1.00MISLED. We went overseas as we trusted the company and were tricked into offering us a package with included tour to cozumel island that ended up being a one hour tour and that 80% of the time was taking photos and then selling them to you at the end of the tour. We asked for explanation for this deception and had no answer. Never buy your ferries with them.
