a. Tour Finder is an online marketplace that connects customers with tour vendors. We do not operate tours ourselves, but rather facilitate the booking process between customers and tour vendors.
b. Tour Finder does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any tour vendor or their services. Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting tour vendors based on their own criteria and preferences.
c. Tour Finder reserves the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. - User Accounts
a. To use our services, you might have to create a user account on our website.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
c. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
d. Tour Finder reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without notice. - Tour Listings and Bookings
a. Tour listings on our website are provided by tour vendors and are subject to change without notice.
b. Customers can book tours directly through our website using our booking system.
c. Each tour listing will display the tour vendor’s cancellation policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy before booking a tour.
d. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking a tour.
e. Tour vendors are responsible for providing the tour services and are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of their customers during the tour period.
f. Tour Finder is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during a tour. - Payments
a. Tour prices are set by the tour vendor and are subject to change without notice.
b. Customers are required to pay the full amount of the tour price at the time of booking.
c. Tour Finder will hold the payment in escrow until the tour is confirmed.
d. In the event of a cancellation by the tour vendor, Tour Finder will refund the full amount of the tour price to the customer.
e. In the event of a cancellation by the customer, refunds will be made in accordance with the tour vendor’s cancellation policy as advertised on the tour listing page. - Refunds
a. Refunds are available for tours that have been cancelled by the tour vendor, or if the customer cancels the tour in accordance with the tour vendor’s cancellation policy as advertised on the tour listing page.
b. Refunds are not available for any other reason, including but not limited to, personal reasons, health or medical issues, weather conditions, or transportation delays.
c. Refunds are only available if the tour vendor has confirmed the cancellation in writing and has submitted the request for refund to Tour Finder.
d. Tour Finder will initiate the refund process once the tour vendor confirms the cancellation in writing and requests a refund or if the customer cancels the tour in accordance with the tour vendor’s cancellation policy. - No Show Policy
a. If a customer fails to show up for a tour without prior notice, the tour vendor is not obligated to provide a refund.
b. In the event of a no-show, the tour vendor may offer to reschedule the tour or provide a partial refund, at their discretion. - Force Majeure
a. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or travel restrictions, Tour Finder and the tour vendor reserve the right to cancel a tour without
