  We had the best day! Kirk and Adam were so friendly and knowledgable. We had a fabulous time snorkelling the reef near Honeymoon Island and then visited Whitehaven to eat our lunch, before sailing around the beautiful Whitsundays on our way back to Hamilton Island. Would absolutely recommend Freedom for a memorable time sailing around the Whitsundays.

  Fantastic experience. Had the best time with Kurt and Alli. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, and Kurt created a perfect tour based on what we wanted to do. You can’t go wrong.

  We had an absolutely fantastic day out on Freedom Charter this Sunday with Kurt (thank you Da Shi Xiong Sun Wukong) and Meg. We can’t thank them enough for planning the best options to ensure my aunt and uncle felt comfortable and safe, despite having limited swimming experience, on their very first snorkelling adventure. The patience, care, and genuine enthusiasm they showed made all the difference — turning what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something truly special and memorable. They also took us to two incredible snorkelling spots that were hands down the best we’ve experienced so far! The locations, timing, and guidance were just spot on. Kurt and Meg are knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you again for such an unforgettable day — we’re looking forward to seeing you again!

  Family and I had a great day with Curt and Oak -- who definitely need a raise. Knowledgeable, fun, and easy going. Would recommend to anyone on Hamilton Island for a holiday.

• Hamilton Island Private boat charter for 4 hours with Mars/Freedom charters

  We have been around the Whitsundays for 30 years and even owned our own and charters bareboats in that time. This time we opted to have a quick run around with the 6 of us on board and boy was it worth it. So easy and the crew of 2 were superb in every way. Great snorkel at Cateran Bay followed by a run up to Whitehaven for an early lunch before heading back to Hammo. Oh I forgot to mention the run out via Cid Harbour where we spotted whales before heading thru Hook Passage. Just do it! You won’t regret it!

  We had a specular day out on Mr Cheeky with our family of 9. Adam and Jacob were our amazing, knowledgable and attentive crew, they took care of everything, and were happy to adapt and accommodate our preferred activities on the day. Whilst is it more expensive than a day trip with one of the commercial operators, if you have a group this is a fantastic alternative to have some flexibility and memorable day out in the Whitsundays. I can’t wait until I can do it again.
