  The tour was fantastic. Our driver Navdeep was very courteous and made every effort to make sure we enjoyed our tour. Lots of time to explore each stop, we never felt rushed.

  Ram was an excellent driver and guide. He was personable and friendly. The tour was great but one suggestion would be to drop the Johnson and Two Jacks Lakes and give more time at Lake Minnewaka.

  Hot springs is a waste of time. It’s a small pool that smells like chlorine. Parking was issue with no direction from tour agency. Tour guide was nice but he was very hard to understand.

  Aashish was a phenomenal tour guide with great hospitality. He offered to take several pictures of our families throughout the day and was always available if questions came up. We would recommend Aashish to anyone looking for a special day!

• Somewhat Disappointing

  The tour was very long and we saw some beautiful scenery around Banff but there were a few issues. First, we all blame the booking agency in that we were all mislead about scheduling a time for the gondola ride. Every one on the bus was lead to believe that the tour company would make the reservation and we would purchase the ticket when we got there. How are we to know how long the trip takes to get there plus the van was a little late in picking up. Fortunately we were all able to get a reservation after we got there due to the driver’s help. The Hot Springs was disappointing as it looked more like a gigantic hot tub and there was nothing to look at if you didn’t go in it. Our driver was very nice, friendly and helpful but his accent was so thick that it was hard to understand a lot of what he was telling us. This was an English speaking tour but most of us couldn’t understand him.

  This trip covers a lot of site seeing around Banff National Park and allows time for lunch in downtown Banff. We got picked up in Canmore which was convenient for us. The tour was 9 hours, which seems like a long time, but since the tour included so many sites, it didn’t feel that long. We started with the Banff Gondola. Our tour guide, Ram was great. He helped us with getting the gondola tickets. You have a little over an hour up top. The scenery was amazing. They had outside observation decks and chairs to relax. You can also hike. Next we soaked in the Banff mineral springs. I highly recommend it. I felt renewed and relaxed after a 10 minute soak. We then went to Bow falls, which was picturesque. Ram was ready to help with pictures. He even did a 360 picture for us. It looks professional. We then got an hour in Banff to shop or eat. We grabbed some lunch. The afternoon included, surprise corner, Johnson Lake, two Jacks lake and Lake Minnewanka. I could be leaving something out. Not sure. We had ice cream from the snack shack at Kake Minnewanka. It was better than Cows in Banff. The price is right. I’d definitely recommend this tour

  My Tour guide was Sanjeet, he was very patient and calm throughout the trip explaining each landmark and when we bumped into am Elk he was quick to point it out for pictures

  Had a wonderful tour from Calgary to Banff! The Banff Gondola, hot springs, and all the scenic stops were absolutely beautiful. Our guide was very nice, friendly, and accommodating, making sure everyone had a great experience throughout the trip. Everything was well organized, and the views were unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!
