Your first stop is Skylon Tower, you’ll head up 520 ft. in a glass elevator to the observation deck where you will be treated to an incredible, birds-eye view of all three Niagara Falls, the Niagara River & surrounding area.

At your next stop you will descend 125 ft to explore cave-like tunnels at Journey Behind the Falls. This experience is a treat for the senses as you’ll be able to not only hear the falls, but feel them as well.

Next jump aboard the 20-minute Niagara City Cruises (Hornblower) Boat Tour (seasonal, operating May-Nov., replaced with Niagara Takes Flight during the winter months). You will sail around the Niagara gorge, get as close as possible to the Falls and feel the refreshing mist.

During the final portion of your tour, your guide will take you on a narrated driving tour of the city. Your guide will take you to several points of interest including the Dufferin Islands, the International Control Dam, the Old Scow, Whirlpool Rapids and the Floral Clock

The tour was fantastic. We saw the Falls from every angle. Our tour guide, Cat, made the experience truly wonderful.
Poor communication that could be easily fixed.

Keep in mind that they just shuttle you from location to location. The fact that they are able to get you group tickets and cut many of the lines is nice. The problem is their logistics stink. They didn’t tell us that we would get a ride to the Skylon center then a different driver would take us from there. In that process, we were never told who our second driver would be and every time we asked someone, they said they didn’t know because they were doing the walking tour. They really need to have much better communication, name tags, and a person to greet us when we arrive for our tour. Oh, they also have free water bottles, cola, and juice at the skylon center, but they don’t really share that information with anyone. Again, poor communication that is easy to fix.

This whole tour was absolutely amazing, Sarah our tour guide was so awesome, knowledgeable and super efficient. Her personality was happy enthusiastic about our day . Sarah made this day extra special so grateful 🩷🩷

What a perfect introduction to Niagara Falls, ON. Our tour guide, Vanessa, was outstanding. She was effortless in her description of the area (her hometown) and offered honest, helpful information about restaurants in the area for lighter fare. Since we preferred not to rent a car, this was IDEAL since Vanessa picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel!!!

Great hassle free way to see the sights. Our tour guide was wonderful. They picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back off afterwards. Was very nice skipping the lines and not dealing with traffic and parking. We would totally do it again!
