Even though I received a confirmation of the pickup, the driver never showed so after waiting 20 minutes with no update on the status of the ride I had to take a taxi to the airport. Will not book an airport transfer through Viator again. It caused undue stress. I would have expected some communication regarding the ride being late.

We used this transfer service during our family trip to the Algarve and couldn’t be happier. The driver was punctual, friendly, and helped with all our luggage. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. Traveling with kids can be stressful, but this transfer made it so much easier.
