  The guide’s knowledge was limited and at times frustrating. This was general consensus of group. Standard of accommodation was disappointing. After a big day in the heat would have been good to have shower facilities to freshen up for our 5hr wait for return flight. The garden courtyard was overgrown and toilet facilities near it hadn’t been cleaned for ages. Breakfast fine. Would have been good if they offered accommodation options. There were earlier flights available with Turkish Ailines but for some reason we were put on late flight with AJet.Flower balloon ride was fabulous. Would I recommend this tour through Viator, no I would not.

  I booked this the day before leaving and every thing was taken care of right away. Not a single hiccup in the plan and they put me in an amazing hotel in the heart of the Cappadocia. We hit everything I wanted and the guide was great. I did almost take away 1 star because of the driver back to Kayseri airport drove like an absolute idiot. He was driving in the middle of the road and swerving to the point multiple cars honked at him, and he even rolled down his window at a light to argue with one of the cars next to him. It was very stressful and not a great end to the trip, but it isn’t the booking agents fault. (Please have someone talk to that man though)

  A terrific 2 day tour that covered all the highlights. The overnight hotel room was amazing and beyond my expectations. Our tour guide Utku was knowledgeable, funny and kept us all excited about our great visit to Cappadocia.

  The agency did a great job setting up all details for my Capadocia and balloon adventure. From pick ups at hotels and airports. Everything was delivered as expected. Operators provided above and beyond service. They were puntual and veteran helpful at each step. I highly recommend selecting this company for your fun adventure.

  We were in Istanbul and had a slight change of plans that allowed us to make a 2 day trip to Cappadocia. It was short notice and we were able to book our trip through Before Travel. I worked with Metin their booking agent and he was able to handle everything by phone and online for our all inclusive tour. It included air fare and a nice cave hotel for accommodations as well as a guided tour of the highlights and of course the dawn balloon ride over the stunning scenery of this region. Our local guide Hosnu was very good and gave a great tour while allowing a bit of customization as we went along. I lived in the Istanbul area years ago but had never been to Cappadocia. It is a must visit and the balloon ride is also a must. I highly recommend Before Travel as everything was as advertised and it was a smooth trip from the start to finish. The pricing was also a very good value. Enjoy!

  Bought a tour of Capadocia with a friend. Everything was very nice. It's organized clearly. The hotel is beautiful in the style of a cave, but the small room is all amenities. Breakfast is great on a beautiful track overlooking the city. Hotel Adora Cava, recommended. In addition, they purchased balloon flight. It feels incredible! Picked up from the hotel at 4:30, returned at 6:30. You can't miss that! The agency has done its best to ensure that we have time to see all of Capadocia's major attractions and fly balloons. Solar advised us throughout, answered all questions during our tour. I recommend his agency.
