We begin our journey in Cusco, traveling through the South Valley on a scenic three-hour drive to the Pacchanta community near Ausangate Mountain. Along the way, we stop for breakfast before continuing to the community, where we are warmly welcomed by a local family. Upon arrival, you will receive a coca leaf oracle reading with our Andean shaman, offering insight and guidance for the days ahead. We then set out on horseback to explore the breathtaking mountain landscape, including a ride along a beautiful lagoons close to Ausangate mountain. We continue with spiritual cleansing ceremonies held in the powerful presence of Ausangate Mountain. In the evening, we settle into a local homestay, offering simple, clean, and comfortable accommodation. A local dinner is shared, and you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Andean way of life. The following morning, after breakfast, we will seek out a peaceful, sacred location to perform a traditional offering to Mother Earth, a ceremony centered on gratitude, intention, and connection with both nature and ourselves. After this meaningful experience, we return to Pacchanta for lunch before beginning our journey back to Cusco.

5.00We had a truly wonderful experience with Nature Trips Peru on the Sacred Ausangate Trek. From the very beginning, Laura was incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive. Despite a personal issue that arose before our trip, she went above and beyond to recalibrate the itinerary and ensure that everything ran smoothly. Her dedication, flexibility, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. The organization throughout the entire journey was impeccable. Every member of the team took great care of us and made sure we could fully enjoy this unique experience without worrying about anything. A special mention goes to our driver, who was outstanding, skilled, and always reliable, and to our guides, Elisa and Rocio. They were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely passionate about sharing their knowledge, culture, and personal stories. Through them, we learned so much about the wisdom, traditions, and hidden wonders of the Andean world. Their love for their land and their desire to share it with others made the experience even more meaningful. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mama Brigida. She welcomed us into her home with extraordinary warmth, took wonderful care of us, and generously shared beautiful ancestral traditions, including the coca leaf reading, the limpia, and the despacho ceremony. She guided us with kindness and wisdom, and prepared many delicious meals that made us feel like part of the family. Thank you all for your kindness, generosity, professionalism, and dedication. This was much more than a trek—it was a deeply meaningful journey that allowed us to connect with the landscapes, traditions, and spirit of the Andes in a truly authentic way. 5.00The organisation to this unique remote indigenous place was extremely good. Good sleeping facilities at the 'glamping', fantastic cooking and a truly heartfelt connection the the inhabitants of Chua Chua.

5.00We went to the Chua Chua village were we met de pure, heartsfull Q'ero sjamans. They embrasse ld us like we were familie. They gave us all their blessings, love, gratitude and wisdom in several rituals and ceremonies. It was a life changing experience. Their wisdom about how to life in gratitude with all living beings, with all energies opened our eyes and hearts. And so beautiful to know that Nature Trips takes care for the indigenous people and respects them. Joyce

5.00If you're new to plant medicine and need a gentle safe landing - this is the place. It was my first experience and I'm ever grateful for Laura, Ruty and her amazing support staff and deeply intuitive and seasoned maestros. It's brings tears to eyes to write this bc it will always be in my heart. The experience is well worth it and more. The thought, love, care and intention was felt from the warm greeting to the last goodbye.

5.00Knowledgeable and genuinely excited about the culture and history of Peru! Had a great time being shown around Aguas Calientes after the Machu Picchu hike. Later that week we hiked Rainbow Mountain. Both tours were accompanied by local Quechua Maestros/as who shared their indigenous blessings. A truly wonderful experience!

5.00This retreat was absolutely great.It was beautiful and a very profound experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to recharge their batteries in nature and experience a form of peace accompanied by Quero shamans.
