Located in beautiful rural Niagara, this fun and unique forging experience is an afternoon you will never forget! Learn to forge in fire as you heat up a piece of metal and hammer it into a unique keepsake with help from the artist. After the class, guests are also welcome to tour our on-site gallery of wood and metal artwork and handcrafted gifts!

Experience the ancient art of blacksmithing as you learn to Forge your very own piece of ironwork to take home! Choose between a selection of simple beginner's projects (samples are provided) and create your own custom keepsake with step-by-step instructions from the Artist. Our beginner projects can be modified to suit a variety of ages and abilities so there is something for everyone!

All tools and materials required to craft your piece of ironwork are included in the class fees. (Each participant will craft their own piece of ironwork to take home)
Personal safety gear (safety gloves and glasses) are available to borrow from the studio
Free safety equipment can be borrowed for the duration of the class, brand new safety glasses, gloves, and earplugs can also be purchased from the studio

5.00We had an amazing time making our own hearts. Went with a friend and our two 11-year-old kids and we all loved it. Such a unique and fun experience. Jen is a fantastic instructor. She guided the class beautifully and made sure we each had a special souvenir to take home. Would highly recommend!!

5.00I use a wheelchair, so things like this can be a little bit intimidating but Jen was so accommodating and patient! I would absolutely do another class with her, what a fun day. 10/10

5.00We visited with our three teenagers, and all five of us had a great time! Jen is a great instructor, a master at keeping the whole class engaged and progressing on their projects while also ensuring everyone's safety. She took the time to demonstrate each step of each of our projects as we went along, and then helped us to do the work ourselves. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours, well worth the cost, and we each got to bring home something we'd forged ourselves!

5.00Jen is a highly gifted teacher, who excels at illustrating techniques while simultaneously working a sample of each student's project, and guiding the student in doing their own work. This was a *lot* of fun.
