We do provide snorkeling equipment on all our tours but please feel free to bring along your own mask and snorkel. Not only will you be assured your mask fits your face properly and is comfortable and less likely to have leakage, it will also lower any health associated risks. We find that peace of mind goes a long way.
Things to bring: Face Mask, Dry bag, beach towel, sunscreen, water, snacks, camera
What to wear: Swimwear, loose lightweight clothing, sunglasses, sun hat
Tour is not suitable if you are staying on a private island resort.

Depart on a speedboat for an exciting snorkeling safari. Following a Responsible Snorkeling briefing we will visit three of the best snorkeling points close to Male’. Sites vary dependent on weather and ocean current conditions but may include Coral Garden, Kurumba House Reef and Full Moon Reef. Opportunities to observe turtles, reef sharks, rays and marine life. You never know what is out in the blue.

5.00My colleague and I booked 3 point snorkelling trip on a Friday during Ramadan. Ruth was fantastic in communicating and organising the tour, keeping us in the loop with accurate information. Nafsha and her team, including an assistant and a driver, led the tour on Friday 6th March. They were incredibly patient with me, a non-swimmer, and didn’t rush us at all. The three snorkelling stops were amazing, allowing us to see the incredible sealife of the Maldives. I would definitely recommend Secret Paradise and plan to return soon.

5.00Had my trip today. Absolutely amazing. Previously, I had another tour with guideyourguide, and the snorkelling experience there was poor. But this tour was wonderful. Nafsha pointed out so many interesting sea creatures, I got to see a turtle, many stingrays, a few sharks, and dozens of dolphins between the dive spots! Kudos to Nafsha and the team for a great experience!

5.00Wonderful excursion. I recommend it to all ages and swim skills. You don’t even need to know how to swim as they have life jackets.

5.00Amazing experience. Saw plenty of fish, stingrays and coral l. Different spots each with interesting fish and coral. Also saw a rare leopard shark. The team was super friendly and helpful. So worth it. Will recommend to anyone!! Amazing 10/10!!

5.00This tour operator really came through for us when another one canceled and left us hanging at 9am. Ruth was a real professional and found a way to save the day for our group and got us going by 1030am. Really appreciate her determination for delivering value when it's needed. 5.00We had a fabulous snorkeling experience with Secret Paradise Maldives. Our very nice and friendly tourleader and snorkeling guide Kamei picked us up at the cruise jetty on time. With only a group of 8 people in a small, but comfortable boat we went to 3 different snorkel spots. We got to see many different species of colorful fish, sharks, rays and other sea creatures. The water was very clear with high visibility. Kamei took good care of all of us and pointed out the most interesting marine life. As an extra bonus he took some amazing videos, he sent to each of us. Only after each snorkeling the way back in the boat was a bit challenging. The ladder was quite high and the steps not very comfortable. But all the crew were very nice and helped us to get in. I highly recommend Secret Paradise Maldives and would take them for a tour again.
