The Upper Lakes
The lake system has been divided into the Upper and Lower lakes. The twelve lakes forming the Upper Lakes are: Prošćansko jezero, Ciginovac, Okrugljak, Batinovac, Veliko jezero, Malo jezero, Vir, Galovac, Milino jezero, Gradinsko jezero, Burgeti and Kozjak.

5.00Very nice park but still expensive, advertised at €87 and paid €107???? It's a shame that there are no audio guides for the French! We would have liked to understand the explanations that were certainly very interesting from Sanya.
UNESCO heritage, but everything is too expensive.

4.00Overall, a beautiful tour; our guide, the fantastic Richard, was impeccable, very friendly, and knowledgeable! The round trip by bus was very comfortable, and Richard kept us company in the best way, explaining various facts and news. The park is wonderful, impressive by nature, well-maintained, and organized. In fact, we wouldn't have had any other way to visit it, but the entrance fee of €40 is excessive, as is the total cost of €80 for the complete tour (€120 in total).

5.00Antonio was our guide to the Waterfalls and she was excellent. Pickup was veey easy to find and we followed her to the bus. And Although the bus journey was 3hrs, the first hour and half went so fast because she spoke to us, telling us about the history of Split etc. We stopped for 10mins on the way up(and on the way home), for toilets or water etc. When we arrived at the Plitvice Lakes she gave us explicit instructions and kept repeating, to ensure we all heard and understood. We arrived approx 11am and She guided us for the entire 5hrs through the Park. She even stopped to take our individual photos at different scenic spots... Plitvice lakes and waterfalls are so beautiful and absolutely beautiful, a peaceful place to visit, even though there were many bus tours/groups, it didn't feel crowded or rushed. This tour has been the best tour so far, on our trip- Croatia 2026! Today's temperature was in early 20s, and it was perfect. There was some rain over the past few days apparently, so the waterfalls were a bit fuller! Also There weren't any midgets or mozzies, TG! There's plenty of shade in the trees and overgrowth ,but we didn't need it today. If there's a risk of rain bring a light raincoat, although you can buy a poncho from Antonio for €2, on the bus. We would definitely recommend this tour...

5.00Great tour with a fantastic guide. Very well paced, organized, comfortable transportation and a lot to see on this trip. Our guide Sanja and driver were terrific. Definitely a highlight on my time here in Croatia. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable experience while visiting.
