5.00As an Indonesian visiting Amsterdam, it was truly enriching to explore the deeply rooted connections between Indo-Dutch colonial history and the city as it stands today. Giovanni was both knowledgeable and engaging, and he presented everything with thoughtful perspective. What made the experience especially meaningful was how he helped us see Amsterdam differently ; revealing how so many places here are connected to shared histories that might otherwise go unnoticed, from former VOC sites to other hidden traces of the past. Thank you, Giovanni, for such an insightful tour!
