This Active Van Tour is a great way to see Yellowstone National Park beginning in the fun gateway town of West Yellowstone. The early morning part of the tour explores wildlife haunts in the famous Shadow Canyon of the Madison River. This area is home to bear and elk.
Later we hike to an overlook of the famous Grand Prismatic Hot Springs. If you don't feel like walking we find a safe, scenic spot for you to wait for the group.
Next we explore the Old Faithful area, including some time at the famous Old Faithful Inn.
We continue over the continental divide and down to the West Thumb Geyser Basin on Yellowstone Lake for a view of some spectacular lakeside thermal pools.
Continuing our drive along Yellowstone Lake we arrive at the Mud Volcano near the Hayden Valley. See bison roam along the Yellowstone River.
Finally, we arrive at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone to view the canyon and the amazing Lower Falls at Artist Point. The day concludes back at West Yellowstone.

Hike to a viewpoint of the Grand Prismatic Hot Springs. This hike is along an old stagecoach road before climbing 200 feet to see one of the largest hot springs on earth. We arrive early to beat the heat and crowds. This is a must see while visiting Yellowstone!

5.00Allison was an amazing guide! I’ve been to Yellowstone four times and she was, by far, the most enthusiastic and passionate guide we’ve had! It is wonderful to travel with someone who loves what they do and works hard to share the experience with you. Allison was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her and request her for my next trip!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our lower loop Yellowstone tour with Max our guide. The weather was perfect, the sites were incredible and he expertly and safely guided us through the itinerary. This tour hit all of the major highlights on our bucket list, as well as some amazing additional spots. Max was very considerate and accommodated the physical limitations of our group. With his great sense of humor he shared his many life experiences while riding between stops. The lunch he prepared was delicious and his picnic site was spot on. He even took us to several of his favorite stops not included in the tour and went out of his way to get us our requested photo by the park sign on the way out. Definitely take this tour if you want to get the most out of your 8 hours in Yellowstone, and if Max is your guide you are in for a special treat! Jerry and Tina Smidebush

5.005+ Stars for this 8+ hour tour of Yellowstone. This is definitely the way to tour this beautiful National Park; leave the driving, and the parking, to the professionals. Prompt pick up in the morning, great lunch, snacks and drinks to keep you going throughout the tour. My wife and I took the tour on Memorial Day, May 25th. SHOUT OUT to our AWESOME tour guides, CONOR & MAX. They were very knowledgeable/informative, humorous, kept the conversation going and answered all of our questions. They were happy to take pictures of all us and knew all of the best spots for pictures. I highly recommend this tour!!!

5.00Parker was our tour guide for the day. He made our tour very memorable by educating us on various aspects of Yellowstone. He was very friendly and made the trip fun for all of us. This was a perfect day to rest during the drive but give us some time to stretch our legs and do mini hikes/walks to key points of interest. One of the highlights from our day was to create a “bear jam” by seeing a black bear towards the tail end of our tour.

5.00We had a great and full day touring the lower loop of Yellowstone Park, led by our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, Parker. We saw wildlife, learned about geothermal activity throughout that section of the park, and saw some magnificent landscapes.
