Experience the best of Glenwood Springs! This 3-hour rafting trip heads up river about 9 miles to the Shoshone Rapids in Glenwood Canyon on the Colorado River. You'll get off to an exciting start as your guide navigates the class III-IV rapids including The Wall, Tombstone, Man Eater, Superstition and many more.

By far our most popular trip, this 3 hour rafting trip meets at our river front facility. Heading up river about 9 miles to the Shoshone Rapids in Glenwood Canyon on the Colorado River, we get off to an exciting start as we navigate the class III-IV rapids including The Wall, Tombstone, Maneater, Superstition, and many more. The river gradually begins to mellow out and your guide will educate you on the incredible history of Glenwood Canyon and the Colorado River. At lower flows, natural hot springs flow right into the river and we can stop and soak. Your trip will end right back at our private river ramp at our facility, where you can walk from the raft to a warm shower, to your car and belongings, and immediately view photos from your trip.

5.00Duch, was an excellent guide. Highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable of area and river. Rafting on Colorado River was nice. Scenery down river was great. Weather conditions were fantastic.

5.00I had originally signed up for the full day trip, but since I was the only one, they came up with a personalized itinerary for me and convinced my partner to join! Noah was our guide and we had an absolute blast. It was like kayaking with a good friend - he had an amazing knowledge of the river and the rapids. My partner and I wouldn’t hesitate to go rafting/kayaking with this outfitter again!

5.00Great fun day on the Double Extreme rafting outing today. Scott was terrific mixing good instruction and navigation, tour guiding and humor into the adventure. The Double Extreme rocks, in the smaller 12' raft so that you really feel the water face shots. First time rafting in Colorado for some in our 4-man group, and all had a great time. Highly recommended for anyone interested in some good adrenaline shots.

5.00We went with a larger group of 11 people with kids ranging from 7-16. Our two guides, Stacks & Nick, were phenomenal! (We had to split into two groups.) We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate us & were so lighthearted and fun! Our teens & tweens had a blast with Stacks! He made sure they were safe and had a good time. The adults in our party (plus our youngest) relaxed and joked around with Nick. We laughed so much!! It was the perfect blend of adventure with the rapids in the beginning and a slower leisurely pace at the end where we could get in the water and swim if we wanted to. Nick also told us about the surrounding area and pointed out beautiful features as we went along. Would 💯 book with them again! Book with them if you’re ready to have a great time!

5.00Excellent ‘taste’ of white water rafting. Nothing too serious but enough to raise the adrenaline and get you wet. Would definitely recommend. NASCAR the guide was great!
Recommend for a leisurely float with a bit of excitement.

5.00We had a great time! Randi was an excellent guide. We even got to see a bear on the river! We would have enjoyed more rapids. It got pretty calm and quiet.
