Not good, don't do it! Can't get in touch with anyone to get a refund either. Not cheap and not worth the headache of not working!

Not able to utilize pass fully. Some event was canceled / delayed and ruined our plans. Overall - not worth the money spent.
Beware of the money back promise the site advertises

Beware of the refund policy before you buy. In order for them to reimburse you any amount you did not save using the pass, you have to scan the pass at least 3 times a day. I bought an extra day on my travel day thinking it would be no big deal because their website says they will refund the difference if you didn't save money. Big mistake. I only used about $100 worth of events and ended up paying triple the price buying the 4 day pass. Very disappointed and will not be buying the multi-day passes again.

Having only done four attractions on the first day. Come the second day we couldn't use it due to myself being taken to hospital around 9.30am. They offered me a 10% refund of a 371 dollars paid so 32.80. I've contacted my bank to escalate this. Will not use them again.
Huge disappointment at the Eiffel Tower

We registered for the Eiffel Tower Viewing on the same day of our visit, as required. Our group of seven had planned this as the highlight of our final evening in Las Vegas. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly told the attraction was closed for maintenance. This was a major disappointment for all of us — especially since this was our last night before flying out early the next morning. We had no prior notice, and by the time we learned about the closure, it was too late to replace it with another attraction. We were left without one of the experiences we paid for.

We purchased some passes through Groupon as recommended by a friend. It saved us loads of money and all the activities were worth it. We did the activity pass which gave us more time to see everything, as opposed to a day pass where you have to complete everything in a day. It also listed things we'd never heard of so we got to explore more than we thought. Highly recommended.

Can’t use this anywhere in Las Vegas. I went to 5 different activities and non of the staff could get it working!! Trying to get hold of anyone on the app is impossible.

The pass grows more and more restrictive every time we purchase it. We contacted customer service and there were rude. Very disappointing experience.

The city pass was a great investment. Once we learned how to use the passes everything was okay. Two of the attractions were closed and we weren't aware of it, before scheduling. We were still able to pick other attractions to use all our passes. I highly recommend getting the City Passes because it'll help save some money. I also suggest that City Pass have a monthly software update to ensure what attractions are still open and available.
