Step into the shoes of a newly-minted detective, tasked by Commander Mahoney to solve a gripping case... murder on the streets of Yakima.

Throughout this crime-solving audio adventure, visit each of the 10 mapped locations. You'll have the option to explore the downtown area using the Walking Map or follow a Driving Map on the city's outskirts. Once you choose, the exact starting point will be revealed. *See images for route.

Park or stop at each location, listen to the audio story, and put your detective skills to the test by gathering clues and piecing together the evidence. Finally, make your deductions and issue an arrest warrant.

Your overall detective skills will be evaluated, culminating in a Case Performance Score to measure your sleuthing prowess. This game is suitable for solo detectives, dynamic duos, or groups of mystery enthusiasts, offering an immersive audio tale filled with intrigue.

My husband and I had fun with this! We chose the driving option from the App. The locations help you solve the puzzles, but the real clues are in the auditory information provided in the app. It took us about 3.4 hours and we should have taken notes on times and who was where etc. it’s a pretty decent mystery with subtle clues and nuances. We enjoyed it and were dismayed that we missed so many obvious clues and inconsistencies etc. so pay attention and take a break to recap if you need it. Have fun!

The full experience is written by AI. It is not immersive they have you do things like count windows and street lights. Some of what they ask you to do makes no sense. If the building was on fire which direction would the hose point..... Okay what hose and where is it coming from. Basically the whole thing is kind of silly. Seems to be geared towards kids but then asks ridiculous riddles kids and adults wouldn't understand. All in all, don't get your hopes up too high.

This was an interesting take on the murder mystery. It was a little confusing and the final clue was so obscure with changing landmarks that it was basically a 1 in 4 chance of being correct. The drive was a bit long and they were not the best parts of Yakima. Still was a neat way to see part of the city.

It was a fun way to explore the city and spend time with family. It was frustrating that it was not clear that we only needed to purchase one ticket because we only used 1 device. We bought 3 because there was 3 of us...it was decently entertaining.
