• Great experience in Miyakojima

  We did the pumpkin tour and the snorkeling tour. The pumpkin tour was even better than expected. Fuka made it extra special with her great explanation and by taking pictures of us. After that, we finished the day snorkeling, and we were lucky enough to see two turtles, some Nemo’s, and pufferfish. We enjoyed it a lot!!! Thanks Fuka :)

  I booked the tour through Viator. We did not realize it was 2 separate activities (1st began at 1030 and 2nd at 1500). Our 10am tour was with Hana for snorkeling. Meet up is in a paid parking area and walk directly down to the beach. Tour guide got some great photos and was very engaging. The 1500 tour of Pumpkin Cave was with Fuka. We met at the designated parking area (it was free...also there was a cute sign indicating we were in the correct spot). A short walk down the street and down a hill to the beach/launch point. The view from the hill was amazing! We totally spaced that there would be kayaking as part of the activity, so that was a "bonus" happy moment (at least until we were fighting the water lol). A short kayak ride later (a few hundred meters) we reached the entrance of the cave. There were quite a few crabs playing on the rocks and small fish near us as we entered the cave. The inside of the cave was amazing...there was climbing and jumping and lots of educational information shared by Fuka. Was not able to bring my own Go Pro to pumpkin cave, but Fuka took tons of photos for our group, so that really wasn't much of a negative overall. Definitely recommend booking this tour if you visit Miyakojima, it was worth every yenny spent and every calorie burned. Thank you Fuka and Hana for a memorable experience!

  Absolutely loved the kayak and pumpkin cave tour it was lots of fun plus we learnt some things. Soma was a great guide and spoke good English.

  We went around Kayak, exploring the pumpkin cellar and snorkeling. Despite the rain, we had an exceptional day. Fuka is an excellent guide, very friendly, professional and speaks very good English. The tours are very well organized, the equipment on loan is of very good quality, and of course the setting is beautiful! A huge thank you to the Pipi Adventure team and Fuka for this day.   We had an amazing time, and the guides were so friendly and flexible. Yuri did an amazing job explaining all the legends and stories of the pumpkin cave and Yuki did an amazing job finding sea turtles for us to see. We found two.

  We just had a wonderful day. Started at 9:30am with a fabulous greeting from Maiyo, our terrific guide whose English was great. We instantly felt comfortable with as she launched us in kayaks to go to Pumpkin cave. What an experience. We love caves and have been to many around the world, this one was truly special. The tour was about 2 hours and we are still talking about how special it was. We then went separately for lunch and met back up at 2pm for snorkeling at Shigira Beach. We have snorkeled in many places so this snorkeling didn’t have a lots of colorful coral but we did see two clown fish, a turtle, several puffer fish and a few lizardfish.   This was an amazing experience! Yuri was an awesome guide and his English skills were very good. He did such a good job explaining the significance of the site along with teaching us the Japanese words for different things in the cave. He made it a very fun time for our kids. He took awesome pictures, but be aware that due to the holy nature of the cave there aren't pictures allowed inside. Everything went smoothly and we recommend this tour for anyone!

  My son and I applied in the first week of November. It's nice to have a hotel pick-up as you can't drive. On the way to the beach, he told us about the flowers of Miyakojima. Kayak to Pumpkin Cave. It was a very powerful place that even laypeople could see was a very sacred place. I thought I was just going to go in and see it, but the guide climbed up and hung up the rope and I decided to go up. It was quite thrilling and my legs shook. My son, who is in the fifth grade, is very excited about the exploration. I felt dependable and grew up leading my mother, who was hunched with fear. The guides explained the caves in various ways, and I understood their value more. When I left the cave, I felt somewhat purified. In the afternoon we went snorkeling. They will also explain the equipment and how to use it. Even if you are not a good swimmer or physically weak, you can rest assured that your guide has a floating ring that everyone can grab. They made sure to check the safety on the way. I was very happy to take photos with clownfish and sea turtles. He later shared a lot of photos with me, which left me with memories of my trip with my son. The place is Shigira Beach, so anyone can come, but he took me to a pretty deep place, so I think I would have been anxious if I didn't have a guide. I signed up for this tour and it was a great answer. My go-to guide in Dundee, Gen-chan! Thank you so much for all the wonderful memories and photos!

  

  

  

  

  

• Snorkel and Pumpkin Tour

  I'm going to turn my life into a friend! The pumpkin tour that I was interested in. The weather was delicate, so we were worried, but as a result, we went and got it right! Pumpkin was of course amazed by the power, but I was also moved by the mystical scenery & superb views above it, which made my heart warm. We had a very memorable and fun day! It was also a really good memory thanks to my good-looking brother in Osaka who guided me physically! Thank you very much.
