The Laugavegur 6 days hut to hut hike was an amazing but challenging experience especially with the rain and wind on your face as you trudged the snowy trails. This hike helped me to became a stronger and courageous person as I had to deal the steep and narrow trail. The rivers crossing was a fun experience amidst the cold river water. Helping with dinner preparation and cleaning afterwards was also part of the fun experience. Our group of 16 people with a variety of background created such a fun camaraderie among us. Sleeping side by side in almost every night in the small rooms was another challenging but fun experience as you had to deal with the snoring of your roommates. We treated it as attending a concert instead and teased them about it in the morning. Our tour leader Sigmar was great. He is kind, patient, funny and a great cook. I would highly recommend this tour especially to those who enjoy hiking with a group of people you never meet. Who enjoys meeting strangers and made new friends along the way and that this is not their first hike. Hope this review will help you to make the right decision so you will have a fun time in doing so.
