On the way, a stop at a women's Argan Oil Cooperative offers mint tea, fresh bread, and a look at traditional oil production by hand. At the desert camp, travelers dress in a traditional Moroccan Saharan outfit before a guided camel ride across the open rocky plateau. Afterward, the camp swimming pool is theirs to enjoy at their own pace.
